My research suggests that potential penis related diabetes symptoms can include impotence, infection, and sores. The combination of sugary urine also encourages fungal infections. Like yeast or thrush. Balanitis and impotence for sure.

So not only is his penis comically small, and not suited for intercourse, it's very likely filthy and diseased. Time to time he'd have open sores. His errections maybe infrequent, no matter how much teen anal gape porn he watches.

These symptoms are avoidable, but Lucas is plenty good and doesn't need insulin or diet.

If you meant the video, I THINK he was "silently" speaking the gibberish on the caption from IG because it was recorded after lights out at the shelter:

Accounting the beetus is already taking its toll on his feet/legs, the "have all arms and legs" may not apply to Lucas down the road.

ETA:
The Spokane Pedo freak must think he's got it made. He gets to stay in during the day, come and go as he pleases, use the shelter as he wants, not have to clean up after himself (staff does the cleanup).
