Here's a list of 22 serial killers who were adopted. Many more throughout the late 19th and early 20th century have been abandoned entirely by their families and grew up abused and impoverished, only "feeling" the pain they inflicted on others.

Anyone who thinks adoption can't wreck havoc on entire communities needs to get their heads examined.
