Wu should file a report with law enforcement, and should report fraudulent charges to her card issuer. All Valve can do right away is to block use of her card on their systems and issue a chargeback to the card. Law enforcement can reach out to Valve for information necessary to locate and prosecute the miscreants. Wu is not Detective Wu. She is not Bat Wu. She should quit being a Twitter twat, and should instead go through normal and sensible channels. But that wouldn't win her persecution points, and I doubt very much she'll even bother involving law enforcement. The problem with reporting stuff to the police is that they file official records and will arrest you if you file false reports. Possibly also another reason why the mountain of harassment received by Wu and Sarkeesian either go unreported or are dismissed as being no serious threat.

IIRC Wu actually tried filing a restraining order against Jace Connors, a man who I'm not sure we can confirm she's able to comprehend doesn't actually exist given how often she loves to use those cheesy videos "threatening" her. Then again, admitting Jace Connors not only didn't exist but has never really posed a legit threat would undermine everything for her at this point, so in a way she's trapped herself into having to be delusional on the subject to fuel her delusions of anybody important really holding her in a credible position.

For her own sake I hope she doesn't issue a chargeback on her side of things. I've seen enough threads on the good old Steam forums to know that can only end in tears.

Not sure if I'm coming in a little late, but I wanted to explain the 52% of gamers are female thing.
This number comes from a study done a few years ago that did a pretty broad examination on the state of the gaming world. It looked at a number of things like the price of gaming, new IPs, which consoles were most popular, etc. They also looked at gaming demographics and reached the conclusion that 52% of gamers were female.
The massive fault in this number is that included everyone who had ever played a game and called them a "gamer".

This study placed people with $5,000 custom-built machines in the same category as that person who plays CandyCrush on the toilet or plays some Farmville while killing time at work. It did not take into account the amount of time or money invested in the hobby, or even if the people themselves considered themselves gamers.

Kotaku and the Gamer Journos Pro list latched onto the number and began spreading it far and wide, without explaining how flawed and general the study was. Brianna just keeps regurgitating the number because it suits her agenda, like when feminists spout the wage gap.
