Overall I like the "Vest Streak" arc. DSP exposed himself as a full clown and children's entertainer, and in the end it was shown that even fully debasing himself and stalling for time couldn't save him. It's really like the show got meta and started to examine DSP's life as a whole through one single arc. Excited to see what the writers have planned for the next season.
The vest streak arc was boring af but it nearly saved itself with a great ending. Always fun watching Phil crash and burn through his own greed and stupidity.

So which one is it Phil, you hypocritical cunt?

[22:45:20] <%OnlyIcedCoffee> I mean I can't blame Phil for wanting mostly tips
[22:45:31] <%OnlyIcedCoffee> He could honestly need that money right now
[22:45:40] <%OnlyIcedCoffee> For like groceries tomorrow
[22:45:44] <%OnlyIcedCoffee> We never know

Just mocking to his face
OIC double agents side arc. Who saw that coming? :stress:

I have a feeling that OIC wants Phil to acknowledge his greatness or something like that. The fact that he kept gifting subs was him sending a message like "You need me, Phil. I have the money. But you have to beg to me. Accept it or perish".

It's funny because we then see Phil's typical cognitive dissonance: on one hand, his ego is huge and he hates having to admit he's a beggar; on the other hand, he's a greedy cunt that hates not getting what he wants.

Call me optimistic, but it'd be great if the next stream is also a massive failure in terms of contributions.

BREAKING: THE VEST STREAK IS OVER

Rambled for seven minutes after the YouTube recording was finished, trying to pull a Hail Mary of a guilt trip to get the paypigs to save the vest streak.
He rambled for so long that his Switch went into power save mode.

"It's sucks that it ends like this."
"I was in a good position, but my getting sick fucked everything up."
"On Wednesday morning, we're gonna talk about the future."
"Now that the vest streak is over, I don't know what we're going to do."
"I didn't say it was anybody's fault, it's my fault for being sick."
"Thank you for six months of the vest streak, it ends tonight."

Tips Goal: $18/$100 (Ooofff) Vest Streak: 276

R.I.P. The Begging Vest Streak - March 09, 2020 to September 07, 2020

*UPDATE*

He came back on mic 5 minutes after he started his end of stream slideshow. He sat there staring at his laptop, hoping that by glaring at his Streamlabs page that he could summon OnlyIcedCoffee into tipping him more money at the last minute.
It didn't work.
Repeated what he had said during the last-minute guilt trip, and finally turned off the Twitch stream.

"That's it, it's officially over."

The Grift Continues . . .

This pleases me.

Greatly.

What a great start to the week!

Oh boy! With the best streak over, it most likely means we’re back to Phil’s usual 30-50$ a stream.

It’ll be hilarious to see how pissed he’ll be at streams with just 20$ or 30$ worth of tips, and the usual complaints about it being the games fault: “I gotta be aahnest! I really enjoy this game, but there’s just not enough interest, tips have been VERY low these last couple of days for XGAME streams!”

OIC was sending "Everybody relax." in the chat while Phil was looping his This Is It speech.
You just know Phail's gut was churning with each passing minute while thinking 'just give me the money you fuck!'
Is the pignosis weakening or did he just milk his whales too hard?

He's been acting like a real cunt for the last 2 days.

Edit: Enjoy you day off with 18$ in the bank phil; you truly are the maturest adult that ever matured since the inception of maturity.
Between claiming to not even be able to afford groceries and asking for the moon, they may have said wtf.

No, what makes me happy is that he took an L live on stream. The fact that he stuck around like a pathetic cuck for so long waiting for someone to give him what he wants and then laid awake over it for hours fills me with unbridled joy. This is the only sort of setback Phil ever seems to take: the humiliating kind, and it's been too long since he's been humbled. I don't want to see him driven to the poorhouse nearly so much as I want to see his ego take bodyblows when he thinks he's sitting pretty.
In addition to this, I also enjoy times where he can't keep his narratives together, and this is one of those times. Did only trolls care about the vest streak and its end? But then why did his fans carry it with an outpouring of support, and how did the vest become a 'symbol' for them? Why are there emotes and notifications dedicated to it? Why is Phil losing sleep over it? Is it because he is his own biggest troll? He's making consecutive, totally contradictory tweets because he can't figure out an angle.

And now we've got the money question... this was too public following the bankruptcy, even then dumbest paypig can see how much he made. What's the narrative on where the money went? It's too much - not being able to afford an XBox is a joke, but he needs to try to launch into a new streak so we need to evoke pity. He begged for groceries and didn't get the money he said he needed, so is he going to starve? The vest streak filled his pockets, but it's really highlighting what a greasy scammer he is because he can't think of sufficient reasons why he needs this kind of money now that his debts are gone.

I don't know if we'll see the pig's downfall, but until then, this is peak Phil - flailing around trying to find a way to swerve and scam his way out of a situation. The added bonus is that this will loom over his precious day off.

RIP the vest streak, no one gave a shit except the detractors, except it meant a lot to a lot of people, except it actually ended the one night Phil overcounted by 9 bucks, except that doesn't matter because it's a pahsitive symbol, except it was being used by a handful of people to make the piggy dance night after night.

Good observation. He doesn't have to pay credit card payments, or loan payments, or the mortgage on the CT condo anymore. That is a good amount of money every month that is freed up. Where is it all going?

The Vest Streak is, ultimately, just another scummy blemish on Phil’s already garbage career and why he needs to keep his name so obscure.
All the guilt-tripping, stalling, and outright conniving just to get his grubby mitts on someone’s dollar.
Let him replace the Vest Streak, I want the backend of his career to be about playing dress-up for the amusement of the mentally ill. It’s the sad dead-end he deserves.
