What kills me is that Nora may not have been super conventionally attractive (not that I'm about to win any beauty contests myself), but she was a pleasant, sociable person with actual career aspirations & seemed generally likeable. If she was uncomfortable, how the fuck does he think Faith feels? Faith is a frumpy, vapid, spoiled, unmotivated, immature child who has no real friends, no real hobbies, no real non-nebulous plans for her future other than "teacher, I guess," & no personality unless "disorder" is tacked on to it. TRR has become like some kind of alt-right lite-bright version of Groundhog Day without any growth, other than the supposed growth of the zygote inside his pet borderline he keeps chained up to a PS4 in his crackshack.

He brings on a guest, neglects the guest and seethes at the farms/twitter/ade all night (and boy does he seethe at Ade these days! Dear god he's mad he couldn't get her to fuck Faith and now he can't emulate Dick's Taco Stand and bully two women into pegging him at once.) The guest just kind of chugs along until they've said all they had to say. Sometimes there are callers, but it's almost always the same gold star callers that won't give Ralph any problems. It's boring and sad.

You always know what'll happen on the killstream because it's the same night after night. Sometimes there's Larry, sometimes there's Bibble, sometimes it's Gator. Always the same lukewarm takes. Lather, rinse, repeat until it's time to open the lemon chest and retreat back into the dark confines of the gimp suit until the next Killstream.

What is with these retarded 'I know about pregnancy' takes?

A pregnancy is calculated from last menstrual period (LMP). That means that from the size of the baby, Faith had her period 3 weeks ago so conception was a week ago from the ultrasound. If she didn't get her period 3 weeks ago, she either has irregular periods or the baby isn't growing.

Ralph probably said 2 ultrasounds because she had an abdominal and when they couldn't find a heartbeat, they decided to have a vaginal. If Ralph didn't lie to Vickers and he suspected Faith has been pregnant for longer, then Faith will probably pass the baby in the next couple of weeks or a doctor will schedule a D&C. You will rarely get a positive at 3 weeks unless you are religiously testing every day. People usually start testing at or after 4 weeks because they realise they aren't getting their period.

Also, the reason they are having an ultrasound now is it's a dating scan to see how far along she is. She probably had a blood test as well but the blood test isn't as accurate. She said she had endometriosis and she has had 2 generations of Hashimotos. If you have thyroid issues, you will constantly fall into this trap of falling pregnant but never getting a heartbeat. She is also very overweight, which is a red flag for gestational diabetes so good luck to her.

Even if he got sober now, with how long he's drank at that level, it would take 6 months before he sounded even reasonably close to as intelligent as he could be. Takes a long time, and at this level, potentially even longer. Recovering alchies can take years to regain their entire cognitive function, if ever.

Ovulation usually happens around the end of week 2. From there fertilization and implantation takes a few more days. HCG usually isn't detectable on even the early response home tests until ~4 days before the next expected period (Which comes 10-15 days post ovulation)

At three weeks along there wouldn't be a heartbeat to hear. Fetal heartbeat isn't usually detected until 5-6 weeks, that's why your first appointment is generally scheduled at 6-8 weeks.

He told Vickers she was pregnant on the 14th, there's literally no way she's only 3 weeks. Either they're lying about the timeline or, they think pregnancy is counted from the date of the missed period. In which case she's 7-8 weeks, a normal time to go for the first appointment/ultrasound.
