Of course, their Reparations figures aren't going to actor in all of the material benefits that black people have gained by living next to white people and their technology, or the fact that black people, on average, are a net drain on the US taxpayers over their lifetimes. There's also the facts that a large chunk of Americans are post 1850 immigrants and that the North largely rejected slavery. "Reparations" are a collective punishment of people who had nothing to do with the slave trade. Arabs and other black tribes in Africa had as much complicity in the Slave trade as the whites who bought said slaves and North American slavery was, on the whole, far less in scope and far less cruel than slavery practiced by other nations.

I see no effort on the part of American mayors to demand payment from other countries in the Western Hemisphere who encouraged the Slave trade, or from Saudi Arabia, which facilitated a large part of the slave trade and was responsible for the mass culling and castration of black people. That's because those countries are not full of soy-dicked leftist whites who feel guilty about being rich, but not guilty enough to sell off their OWN property and give it to poor POCs. Better to just have the government hand a check over to black mayors for Eleventy Billion Kajillion dollars or whatever crazy, made up figure they've come up with.

Oh, and if the average jogger on the street thinks he's going to be seeing a dime of that money, he'd better think again. Most of the "Reparashuns" are going to corrupt Democratic government machines or activist groups. Most of it's going to go to pay for the third summer home and the sequin-covered muumuus of some bloated negress mayor in some urban shithole, who will distribute it to the Dunwich Horror-level genetic mistakes in her immediate family. Very little of that money is actually going to be spent on building city infrastructure, cleaning streets, stopping crime, or improving black lives in any meaningful way.
