A lot of people, conservatives mostly, love to talk about Judeo-Christian values or culture despite many of those Jews keep saying stuff like "no we aren't you" to the Christians and others just attach themselves to Christian culture like when Ben Shapiro said that Notre Dame was a symbol of Judeo-Christian culture.Somebody explain that one.
Judeo-Christian refers to the term Judeo-Christian values, which is the belief that the values and culture of the west evolved from common themes and moral teachings shared by Christianity and Judaism. Stonetoss is saying (visually) that such a concept is ridiculous because the two religions split in terms of core teachings since the inception of Christianity.Somebody explain that one.
The left has already changed STEM to STEAM - including (A)rts. Because, you know, everything/everyone is equally valid. That's starting to change, because of the University/Public School systems.
Basically, teach the upcoming generations that the Social Sciences are equal to the hard STEM fields, and they believe it. Then actual practicing biologists are willing to turn a big fat blind eye to glaring inconsistencies of "gender" theory, and give their willing stamp of "Science" approval to social horseshit.

The romans were very surprised to discover that jews had managed to keep religious writings secret for hundreds of years.and possibly the former considering they were passed down orally for a long time
Why is everyone in the inclusionist gang white?
.... I never mentioned the banks. Do you mean the guys Jesus whipped, sure but his issue was more of the fact that they were doing it in a temple and not that they were doing it.
He's referring to the fact that the "Jews own the world by controlling the banks" argument arose mostly from the actions of the Medieval Catholic Church and its prohibition on Christians engaging in usury against other Christians, which resulted in Jews filling the role as a Medieval protobanking system that eventually gave rise to modern banking and capitalism
If it hadn't been for Christians using Jews for banking while pretending they were too good to do such things, if Muslims had done the same instead, they'd be living in a modern wired society while we'd be the primitive goatfuckers. The fact is a modern economy can't even exist without capital and capitalism and that means banking, interest, and all that other shit.
Damn, they truly are our greatest ally.I don't really buy this, and it gets mentioned all the time. It seems awfully Jewish to say "we only got into banking because we were bullied into it by goys." Perhaps- and hear me out here - Jews just like banking cause it doesn't require much work and is a way to make a lot of money and influence very easily.
People thought usury was manipulative and shitty, but nobody forced Jews to get into it and stay doing it forever. It also seems extremely Jewish to say everyone looked down on usury but it's the most important thing for society so god bless these brave Jews for doing what those dumb goys didn't want to do. Coincidentally, we now literally cannot comprehend a society not built entirely on usury. Maybe there's a more detailed history or book or something, but the story just seems off and I see it everywhere.
That's how you know stonetoss the only succesful political comic maker.I like how 95% of posts in this thread aren't about the webcomic itself.
I probably thought about this way too much, but I can think of two instances where the Judeo-Christian term isn't full of shit:A lot of people, conservatives mostly, love to talk about Judeo-Christian values or culture despite many of those Jews keep saying stuff like "no we aren't you" to the Christians and others just attach themselves to Christian culture like when Ben Shapiro said that Notre Dame was a symbol of Judeo-Christian culture.
Trump is a Likud shill but he diverges a lot from the likes of Bill Kristol, which him alone tells you all you need to know about Judeo-Christian values.
This is the only stonetoss comic I feel is a miss.
By that logic, there's no real difference between Christianity and Judaism and Islam. After all, they all worship the same God, they just disagree on who the final prophet is.This is the only stonetoss comic I feel is a miss.
The guy on the cross is a jew. The god he claimed to be is the jewish god YHWH. The only white people in the whole story are Pilate, the man who sentences him, and Longinius, the man hammering the nail. Literally everyone else in the whole story is jewish.
I don't think it's disingenuous to describe christianity, a religion whose entire mythology is rooted in judaism, as a jewish sect. The only difference between a christian and a jew is who they think the messiah is. One thinks he already came, the other thinks he's still coming. They both think there's such a thing as a messiah, descending to the same earth from the same god to bring the same paradise. It's more of a minor theological dispute than a separate religion.
Yeah. I generally refer to the group as Abrahamism. I see very little difference between abrahamic sects as opposed to actually different religions like buddhism for example. Islam and Christianity share 99% of everything, they rest on the same foundation. Islam and Buddhism share nothing, they are built from totally distinct foundations.By that logic, there's no real difference between Christianity and Judaism and Islam. And that's where I disagree. Beyond the foundation, there are a lot of serious doctrinal differences among the religions, as they diverged significantly from those foundations.Yeah. Doctrinal differences about concepts that exist only within abrahism. If you disagree about who the messiah is, you are still both asking "Who is the messiah, and when is he coming?" That is a question which is exclusive and specific to judaism and its subsequent sectarian divisions. Buddhists don't ask who the messiah is. South American animists don't ask who the messiah is.Beyond the foundation, there are a lot of serious doctrinal differences among the religions,
