Bo Erikson, CBS, had to ambush Biden 10 seconds before he hopped on his private jet in order to finally pry an answer out of his campaign.

If I had to take an absolute shot in the dark and start down a path to researching how it happened, the first thing I'd keep in mind is that the United States and Ukraine are much "closer" together than most people realize. I wish I could remember the name of that specific treaty we signed that jams our two justice systems together but for some reason it completely escapes me at the moment.
