He needs to also not loose AZ and have Trump loose the lawsuits (otherwise WI flips back, since they were counting ballots that were received past the deadline and he might be able to get those invalidated. Same in GA).

It's a decent argument, but I don't see SCOTUS going for it. Doing so would come against people's "Right to Vote" as the argument will be that the citizenry submitted the ballots on time and that it was logistical issues that made them late... allegedly.
