The impression I'm getting is that there can still be disputes over the votes even after certification, and that it can at least result in electors being appointed differently even if the vote totals themselves can't be changed- though even then, I'm not sure if they can't. Personally despite my less than 50% chance of Trump doing this, I'm feeling optimistic with some of the recent developments. Though I am going to keep in mind of Biden winning, but things are looking good especially with all the freak outs.
