He went from being as excited as a fat, alcoholic father-to-be could be, to seemingly not giving a shit he's about to be a dad, and making jokes about dodging child support. That alone makes me think Faith is gone and any excitement he felt about having a kid has now turned into dread. Even without an NDA I can't see her talking about it. Too many people on this planet know. She had sexual intercourse with Ethan Ralph.
