Steven Universe - Now a Griefing Thread

I've been marathoning this show the past couple of weeks and just caught up about a week ago. While it's definitely not the second coming of Jesus as Tumblr makes it out to be, it's still pretty great. I guess if I had to be nitpicky, I would say that the show can be a bit overdramatic at times, but I can forgive it because the voice acting in those scenes are top notch. The gems are great (My favorite it definitely Lapis) but the human characters are also pretty damn amazing. I feel like in another show they would be boring just because they're humans in a extraordinary setting but in SU, they're all highly entertaining. My favorites are Lars (In which I realize that I'm kinda in the minority here but there's something about him that I love and find hilarious) and Ronaldo (Something tells me that if he existed in real life, he would have his own thread on here. Dude's definitely a lolcow). Mayor Dewey also gets an honorable mention, which I guess I'm biased because I'm a big MST3K nerd, but even then, he's a great character on his own.

The animation is really nice as well.

To be fair, I read somewhere that Pearl has some Japanese influences in regards to her fighting style and design but other than that, that's bullshit. VA's race =/= character's race. In that case, I think SJWs would be surprised to learn the existence of Cree Summer who, despite being black, has voiced tons of white characters and other non black characters as well. And hell, she's certainly isn't the only one. Pearl isn't Asian nor is she white. She's a fucking alien.

I already saw it. It's fucking hysterical. I lost it when he mentioned furries and trying to astral project. Also Koala Princess needs to be a real anime.

So, the newest thing to come out of Steven Universe has been a "One New Episode Every Day This Week!" thing, nicknamed StevenBomb 2.0.
All the episodes so far have been pretty good. Sworn to The Sword was a too "Ship-py" for my tastes, however.
Keeping it Together actually creeped me out. A lot. Like, if Fusion is supposed sex, and these gems are just being shoved together to form a monster of disembodied limbs, it's just forced rape. This alien rock show is getting a little to real at the moment.
 
Watched the first 16 episodes. It's not bad so far, but I wouldn't say it's great either. I won't drop it though.

I am torrenting the first season of Steven Universe,I want to get into it so is their anything i should expect?

I suggest sticking it out at first. Even before it gets really good, it does introduce a few other characters that will play a role later on at some point, and there are some "holy crap moments" at the beginning.

Thanks then i will stick it out then,I tried getting into Regular Show,Adventure Time and Gravity Fall so do you thinks should could be better to get into for a adult?

From what I hear, yes. I'm into Gravity Falls, on and off again with Adventure Time, and I couldn't get into Regular Show.
 
Another week of new episodes? Damn, gonna need to catch up again. And avoid Internet spoilers

The early episodes are mostly fluff and having fun with little bits of information you need to know to enjoy the rest of the serious sprinkled in there. There's a lot of stuff you might think won't come up later, but it will, so I recommend just grabbing some popcorn and enjoying the series of light-hearted adventures for a while.

Then that is what i shall do,So quick questions is the serious stuff like hamfisted like Adventure Time or no?Also i watched 1 episode of it and so far i like it and my favorite character so far is Granet and Amethyst.
