Robert is always talking about projects and stuff he is gonna do, books and scripts that he is gonna write, or has written but needs polish, and is in talks with agents and shit.... but nothing ever comes out of it.
I know the man also uses "project" for his longer videos, that are just wikipedia deep research and over long bloviation about pop-culture stuff, but he is always going on and on about all those awesome things he is doing, but aside from that Mario 3 book, Robert has pretty much doing the same thing for the last 10 years.

Lol like Bob has any Republican friends let alone any friends.
He can lie on social media all he wants, but the only pictures I see of him show the only people he has any physical/friendly interaction with are his immediate family, people who have to put up with him due to love. If you ambushed him on the spot and asked him to actually name people he is friends with it would be a bunch of people he follows on Twitter or old Co-workers and classmates from over a decade ago who would have only the vaguest recollections of Bob as that weird fat guy. I know I've said this before, but I would watch the shit out of a channel of short films attempting to enact Bob's Twitter pitches. If Bob and other people could tolerate each other for any length of time, he should be doing this himself and letting someone else decide on which takes of Bob explaining his concept to the staff make the blooper reels. It'd make a welcome break for anyone who's ever encountered him from the constant seething rage that is his everything

He probably assumes he's big enough that soon advertisers are going to come knocking on his door. And while, as he and Escapist insist, views may not be important to the algorithm, sponsors want as many eyes as possible for their brand.
I reckon this could work as a 'fake trailer' thing. Like, Bob comes up with a retarded idea and then people come in and make a trailer or demo reel based on it. Then if by some bizarre accident people want to see a full length version, kickstart it and make it. Even better if he tries to write and direct it because then it'll be hilarious.
