This is as old as Plato, who complained that artisans who were good at, say, making pottery thought their political acumen matter too. You see this writ large today in Hollywood. This is not unique to cows. I am an electrical engineer. I routinely must work with people who do not understand situational intelligence. They hold a misbelief that capability in one area carries over into all areas.
So what did they say about "redemption roulette"?Ok, so they released a new episode of the podcast. I've listened to it already and the contents were entertaining in the beginning. Later, i was just praying for it to finish.

A civilian doesn't need guns -- at least if said civilian lives in an extremely white neighborhood like Lynn, Mass.

A white woman holding a gun is an "obvious psychotic"; a fat white man holding a gun is an obvious survivalist.

Jimmy Dore:

If Dore were Bob he'd just say, "Who the fuck are you?"

On anti-vaxxers and Bobby's misunderstanding of empathy. BTW if you're afraid of fire, it is because you are ignorant and superstitious!

Understanding someone else's emotion is NOT empathy. A trans activist understands that a parent will feel devastated if her son commits suicide, so he gives the parents of boy he's grooming this ultimatum: "Would you rather have a living daughter or a dead son?". In this case emotional understanding is used for manipulation and blackmail, and is the polar opposite of empathy.
Bobby has a knack of evoking empathy:

Somehow this gives me a strong empathy, a very strong empathy, towards Bobby's bullies at school. My heart races with theirs and I can almost feel their glee as they brushed Little Bob's mouth with a toilet brush.
(BTW how does the quote-reply show someone a dumbass?)
At long last, someone took on a MovieBob tweet that is neither the eugenic one nor the Poland one:

Oh no someone mentions us! (The rest of the thread)

The words "racist" and "Fascist" mean whatever I want them to mean:

Wandavision bullshit. You tell me.

TL;DR -- MCU cares, unlike some other studio who just wants to sell shit.

It has happened before. When Bobby's left hand makes his keyboard sing a polyphonic paean to MCU, his right hand types a more honest appraisal:

"MCU creatives really think about the psychology and motivation of characters; they don't rely on tired old McGuffins."
"MCU is really reliant on thematic formula and shows lots of write-by-committee signs."
His Angel's belief wavers:

Luke wants superheros to be more sociopathic (full thread):

Let's see if I get Bobby right: he seems to think that being responsible and exercising self-restrain are middle- or upper- class virtues, or at least something that only the privileged can sympathize with. Poor people, if given the ability, will do whatever they want, even criminal things, with zero regards to consequences.

Another film-maker went to Bobby's shitlist, and of course this one is a white woman:
