Holy shit, there's a beautiful comment for that 2nd one.

I honestly thought this was satire at first and part of me suspects this still might be. Either way, I think this single comment encapsulates the absolute fucking absurdity of polyamory so perfectly its criminal. It would be amazing if this person was genuine and actually typed out this "advice" with a straight face.

Thats him being a bitch and not admitting he's bi.

Lol, these people are all sorts of fucked up. Like why in the actual hell would you introduce your wife's side piece to the family? Like, "mom, dad, I let another grown man plow my wife while I sitting in the other room!"
That’s because they constantly have to do things to make their “arrangement” seem normal. And then they can spend a few weeks fuming at their relatives’ reactions rather than reflect on the enormity of their own failures.

Well, that relationship is over if the dude is any kind of man. This wait and see shit pisses me off. No, you do not get a grace period to figure things out. If you can't be mature and make a decision, I'll find a real woman who knows what she wants.

It pops up again and again in this thread, but I genuinely don't understand this, "It's okay for me to fuck around on you but don't you dare so much as look at another person" mindset. On one level, I get that poly people are almost without exception selfish assholes with little to no self control, but on a more visceral level it's hard to grasp.

Gee, you don't like that your main squeeze is hanging out with/interested in/fucking another person? But you don't think they have a right to feel bad when you do it to them? Poor baby, that must be so difficult for you.

It's just salt in the wound that the go-to response to your partner expressing discomfort in this setup is, "They're trying to control me and limit my happiness!" No, they want an intimate bond with another person who makes them feel irreplaceable and deeply loved. That's hard to do when you have made it very clear to them that you are happy to get dick/pussy on the side and will pout when your significant other has to go and be a human being with inconvenient feelings and insecurities of their own.

But I have so much love and I want to share it with everyone! You're just controlling! /sneed

LOL I wish they would extend that thinking to their money and toss me some kibble bits.

I think the fact that it's specifically written out with quotation marks indicates that it's satire, although it doesn't seem like the poly redditors seem to realize this based on the number of upvotes.

They never are, polyamory is almost always a result of a woman trying to emasculate their man.
every woman i know who pulls this shit irl is a wokie who thinks breakups are too hard. they notice that they're unfulfilled, and decide to outsource unmet emotional or sexual needs to a third person, reasoning that this is somehow healthier than ending the relationship to pursue a better match. a common refrain is that it's "fucked up to rely on one person for all your needs," which is true, but also an absurd distortion of the problem they believe they're solving

it's a way for confrontation-averse people to keep a relationship going well past the point where it becomes obvious that it doesn't work -- which is to say it's definitely cruel & self-centred behaviour, just not the exact kind you suggest

The only poly woman I have met was super woke, where being poly seemed more to signify that she was anti the west and the patriarchy. But to be honest, she was more of a LARPer since during the three years I had contact with her, she never dated anyone else but her boyfriend. I do seriously believe that for many it is just part of an esthetic.

Man, that's a real shock compared to most people who hate the west. Though a lot of the Muslim ones are also into polygamy, it's more the feminism bit.

You know multiple people that are poly? How in the world do you people meet such absolute fags.

This is why I hang out with black people.

They never are, polyamory is almost always a result of a woman trying to emasculate their man.

If a dude agrees to polyamory, he was already emasculated long ago.

Or an abusive man who in previous years would have just called himself a swinger and sold his wife a load of hooey about "liberation." Actually a swinger would be more likely to be honest about it just being pure hedonism.

It does always seem it's either that or pure emasculation, though, often of men who started out weak in the first place. Like this iconic picture.

Fatty got knocked up by one of the cucks and the one on the right who looks like an autistic Bill Hicks later tried to kill it.

another reason to not be polyamorous: being one of the 4 people in this photo, and every single time its brought up someone mentions one of you tried to murder a baby

It's funny because if you look at the comments of the original video all of the women were convinced that the guy on the bottom left was the "creeper". Because he was the ugliest.

We honestly need a further update on this crew and if the guys were ultimately able to escape Pink's massive orbit.

I couldn't find much on Ethan Baucom since his arrest a year ago, but I did find this post talking about it on the subreddit where the mods locked and archived the post almost immediately.
As for the mother, Tory Ojeda-Wells, I did find her TikTok account: @toryojeda_wells (Someone plz archive some of these videos. I don't know how)

Your wish is my command.... though these don't seem very interesting.
You can use youtube-dl for this (and just about anything else).

This also seems to be the tiktok account of the same guy that was on the top-right of that one photo.

What's funny about that one iconic screencap of them together is that you can barely even tell that she's pregnant and not just overweight. If somebody showed me that and didn't mention that she was pregnant, I would've just assumed she was fat.
