What it means is that forcing yourself into gender roles for the sake of trends is unhealthy, and not even in the whole "Gender is a construct" way. Being yourself is more important than being a Man™ or a Woman™, we're kind of at a point in human psychological and technological expansion where those ideas aren't as important as they used to be. If being you means you want to wear a dress and put on makeup, cool. Don't care. As long as you're a relatively decent person, more power to you. Tattoo yourself green and split your tongue and be a lizard if you want, I don't give a shit. Be "you" as long as "you" isn't an asshole.Depending on your point of view this statement can have very different meanings lol
