Could someone post a "TL;DR" on the various witnesses? I'm currently unable to watch the testimonies myself, so a briefing on what has occurred during the last hours would be useful, my inquisitive friends.

I don't know why it's a surprise to anyone that the guy who spent 9 fewer years in the American public educational system is more articulate than the rest of the witnesses.

This is what the US Constitution says:
"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."
This is typically interpreted in part to mean that you're entitled to a "jury of your peers." There's been back and forth on this, but the general idea is that you can't have Nyquil Weems tried by a jury of 12 80-year-old white men and so forth. You want as close to a random cross-section of normies as possible.

Honestly I don't think there's enough air left in that tire to ride very long. People are more sick of the covid shit than anything, and at least here where winter drags on forever, people most likely will just want to hang out and take advantage of the weather peacefully. I've heard of no spontaneous unrest here in MKE recently, and over the summer it was constrained to a few marches and some confrontations with cops, that's about it.

Can the jury do it if they don't know it's an option? Like go through a series of actions that amount to a Jury Nullification. It'd be hard but not impossible to use if you filtered out anyone who was aware of it.
Or do they need to formally invoke it by name, so if they didn't know about it going in its impossible to use?
How would people get caught knowing about it anyways? Can you ask about it when doing Jury selection without mentioning it by name?
