I feel like the prosecution is landing some good punches here, but the prosecution's questioning is not building a narrative for me.

Like is the jury really taking notes on all this? Like this time next week they're going to be in deliberations and someone will whip out a notepad and refer to his notes on what this guy said?

I feel like Nelson should be objecting to a lot of this but I Trust The Plan. WWG1WGA

Can Nelson save it?

Nelson lets the witness describe the clips shown as "picking and choosing." The prosecution objects saying that Nelson was leading the witness and it was sustained. However, this leads into the psychological effect that I'm sure griftees of Rekieta have had explained to them multiple times:

The objection doesn't matter. It's already in the mind of the jurors. They now have the idea of cherry picking planted in their mind from what the prosecution showed.

Bad inning for the defense. Pros-cross made it look like the witness didn't watch the footage, and it seemed like Chauvin was on Floyd longer than was necessary.
