Kind of like how not everyone who lives in Utah lives in the SLC area, but the major news networks are there and report to the rest of the State. Plus he's paying for "marketing" and to be added to playlists. And however much it cost for the slideshow parts to be made. More than likely paying for distrokid or some other service to post it. And can't forget the "press release" he paid someone to write and spam to all the news stations.

the distribution service had a cost but I think either they gave Russell a template that he botched filling out or he wholesale plagiarized most of it, because he left another artist’s contact info in it where his should have been. Googling that dudes name led to that dudes presser except with that dudes name correctly referenced thruout. When I looked original dude was a pianist who had reinterpretations of the classics, and seemed substantially more legit than Russell. I think when I looked at Russell’s website he has the same pressers linked with the same bad contact info.
