It's not like some faggots haven't tried similar things here in the past, but the general userbase has been pretty good at establishing those few as autistic pariahs that get chased off the board real quick.

But of course over on reddit the general response to that kind of shit is "lulz ftw XD" from a circlejerk of weens.

The retards trying to take phil down probably do end up helping him more than anything. Twitch and these other sites are probably flooded with constant autistic complaints about dsp that it all ends up getting ignored.

If just like one person and only one person submitted a succinct, detailed summary of Phil's racist and general scumbag behavior, he would have been gone from twitch years ago. The problem is the people smart enough to write out a good, detailed report arent the ones doing it. And now even if someone did actually submit a decent report against him, it would just get lost in the shuffle at this point.

I mean look at the retard who called into the bankruptcy hearing, all he had to do was press the business expenses issue but he just confused everyone and let them avoid talking about it because he didn't know the right questions to ask. He ended up doing absolutely nothing but giving phil ammo to say "see retarded trolls are trying to mess with my bankruptcy" and probably helped prevent actual good info from reaching nancy.

You make it seem like Phil has to spin this in any smart way. Phil could literally say "Yeah, I got 5k from Twitch, doesn't matter, I still need 10k next month", and he would get it.

Imagine if Phil had continued to actually pay down his mortgage instead of WWE Champions for the past couple years. Since its such a sellers' market and the value of even his shitty CT condo has skyrocketed, he could have sold the condo now and nearly covered what he still owed AND not destroyed his credit by declaring bankruptcy.

But we're know-nothing kids and Phil is a grown adult, so obviously he did the right thing setting himself up for years of begging with no credit to fall back on.

People who have been orbitting Phail for a while know that he is his own worst enemy, HE has been his own undoing for a long time but things have sped up rapidly since he lost his partnership.
All you really need to do is sit back and take the free Lols from watching him burn everything around him whilst trying to maintain a crippling gambling addiction.

As long as the trademark owner doesn't go full retard, Phil won't be able to pull the victim card on this without every YouTube drama channel proving it's his fault by letting his trademark lapse.

Personally I would give it back to Phil on the sole condition he provides a itemized list of bills he owes per month done by a certified accountant of my choosing.

Neither of these would technically be a troll. In the first case, DSP quit doing what he promised the bank he would do, they are using their legal rights to enforce their collections on a promise to pay he welched on to collect more sweatymanjpegs. In the second case again, a person who buys the IP rights to the registered mark has every legal right to enforce their use of the mark they paid for to prevent others from benefiting from it. DSP used to own those rights until he welched on his promise to pay for them to the government in order to collect even more sweatymanjpegs and they became available to the first come buyer of them. Do you notice the pattern here of dumb behavior by the same individual yet?

This fucking faggot hates experiencing anything that makes him slightly uncomfortable. It isn't a bad thing to feel nervous, pressured, to be criticized or reprimanded. I know it's been said before, but it's unbelievable just how disconnected he is from reality. Those are things that would actually improve him, his stream and his income.
