Nexpo/YT Horror Channels - Do they all suck

New video from Nick Crowley. Quit listening halfway and unsubbed. He's tiresome and obnoxious to listen at. He tries to speak in a spoopy way, and the things he talks about is SJW-dark.

Only reason for why he got a big following in such a short time, is because he's cute. And now the guy doesn't even gives us some eyecandy, what a shame.
Yeah I can agree with you, but with "SJW-dark" when he talked about the troon I kinda felt he added a closet hatred from them. Coming from the tone of the language, but then again he speaks like nexpo on shrooms.

That was the point where I quit, gotta listen to it in detail later.

I recently binged most of Spooky Rice's content, yeah the DBZ/weeb shit is kinda dumb, as well as his obsession with rape-revenge movie protagonists. But since his channel is only breakdowns, not reviews, I can get the gist of fucked up movies I never wanted to watch but am still curious about, and I'm not aware of another channel that does this for "disturbing" movies. So I appreciate him for that, but totally understand how people would find him annoying.

I think the Youtuber related to creepy stuff that has really gone off the deep end is That Creepy Reading who has gone more pretentious and is just "Blame it on Jorge" 2.0 in terms of content. He also has gotten very preachy politically in some videos.
Late as f but my god TCR is insufferable. Tried to watch his video on disturbing indie games and I couldn't stand how he went on and on about his terrible trauma and how trauma is disturbing, m'kay?

His latest video also had AniMat as one of his guest stars - someone who is equally as insufferable and seethes at the mere mention of right-wing politics (which is actually pretty funny to watch if you can tolerate it). Dude didn't specifically mention BLM, but sure as hell implied it when talking about the movie Coonskin.

Not to mention TCR made minutes of bitching about how Alex Jones is pure evil and everywhere he goes he preaches about how something bad is actually bad as though his audience were children.

Honestly I shouldn't have compared him to Jorge since that guy actually knows how to make disturbing content without an annoying preachy tone

New video from the moth, and apparently it's free to advertise on his pedocord. Every one else has to pay to get in.
Pedocord-talk starts at 13:26

Ha, I ragequit from the same video because he censored some random word that I couldn't figure out what he was referring to, so it ruined the flow of the narration.

The Russian brick video seems to be one of the ones that people frequently mention when they're talking about the worst things they've seen online, and I don't think I've seen another channel cover it. Thinking about the backstory while watching and listening to it is definitely upsetting but to be honest I don't find it as disturbing as a lot of people make out. That's not me trying to be edgy - I learned about Urmaker from lurking this thread and some of the 911 calls in his videos (especially the ones involving children) have had me in tears!

I've subscribed to Plagued Moth because I'm enjoying his content for now, I personally find it interesting and he has a more confident delivery than the other lad on that iceberg video. I do think he could do without the constant pausing to clutch his pearls or say "holy shit" (or similar horrified expressions), though - we know it's horrifying, dude, there's no need to direct us! Wendigoon is a name I've not heard, so I'll definitely check him out.
It's not about gore, it's about psychological horror. I mean, listen to those people screaming and crying, that's like straight from "Apocalypse now" - "I...I...I cried. I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn't know what I wanted to do." Desperation and horror.

There are a lot of videos from war in Chechnya, but the one that struck me the most was where a cameraman gets shot by a sniper and with a slight gasp he just says "Ah, he killed me! He killed me!" and then collapses. No tragedy, no struggle, just like pulling a switch. That was so simple and mundane, that it made me die inside.

Oh, for sure, I totally get what you mean. The horror comes from putting yourself in that spot and imagining what you'd see and feel, and sometimes that can be more harrowing than a gore video. That's why the emergency call videos tend to affect me quite a bit - I can't remember the channel but one of their videos included a clip called 'Lisa's Call', which was a little girl calling 911 as her father was beating her mother all over the house. The kid was absolutely hysterical and I was weeping by the end of it, and it was all I could hear in my head for hours afterwards.

the content is nice and she's pretty well spoken, but I don't get the appeal of horror youtubers showing their face when narrating this stuff.

In her case she presents herself well, but in PlagueMoth's case, I can't stand looking at a whiney fat wook talking about edgy bullshit.
I think its the current style of modern youtubers. Wendigoon does this as well.

It's YouTube algorithm shit. If certain words are detected in your video, it can be demonetized and not recommended.

Mophead did brush his hair out, and is saying that people that aren't paying him to be a member of his pedocord isn't serious. Pot my ass, those money are not going to any "winning" member :story:
i watched a few of his videos, on one hand the subject matter is interesting for a youtube channel to cover, on the other he is a very annoying host. Most of his videos is him going "oof yikes, seriously? yikes, i mean.... wow, seriously? ummmm wow" , like come on you autist, just present the fucking info.
That's a shame. I'm just listening to his video about his first experiences of gore vids with Russian beheadings and he mentions that he's setting up an OnlyFans too. I still like his YouTube content but yeah, fuck it, if ignoring his Patreon and prick pics means I'm not a troo fan, consider me untroo. I have a morbid curiosity but not THAT morbid!

I'm two pages off the end but again, the fat Disturbed leaf singer?

This image makes more sense than anything I just read.

@Michael Jacks0n

Yeah SKD on YouTube had explained that he had to mute the word rape, then tried sexual assault and then had to mute the word sexual. Just ban true crime videos instead of trying to massage culture, ffs.

Really hate it when videos of abuse victim end it with a dialog of calling suicide/abuse hotline. Is there a time those actually has helped? And it comes off as condescending, as if everyone watching the video is thinking of suicide/is an abuse victim.

Just because I like to watch murder mysteries, doesn't mean there's any problems in my life.
