Some of these accounts aren't even banned afaik. Crazy to think there was a time when you could actually write these things without getting banned for 10 years, or without AHS trying to dox you. Although weirdly enough, almost every single one of those accounts stopped posting 7 or 6 years ago. No ban, they just stopped posting. Almost all of them.

Those people probably made other accounts and joined the_donald later. The hardcore banning of conservatives only started after the 2016 election when T_D and various other subreddits around it were shut down, resulting in all the .win domains appearing. /r/DebateFascism was allowed until a few years ago. Reddit really wasn't that strict in 2015, though the site still leaned left then.

Seriously it's funny how naive they can be about this. Setting up a false dichotomy where one side is a group everyone already knows and hates and the other side is Hitler only makes people wonder about Hitler. They're not helping themselves.

r/abortion exists for the same reason that r/divorce or r/rape do. People go there to ask for advice and to discuss their feelings. I would rather they consulted a professional for the former and talked to their friends for the latter, but some are not in a position to do that. Thus, these kinds of subreddits.

Because he’s a narcissist and wanted to be the go-to guy for abortion advice. It doesn’t matter if the other more knowledgeable mods agreed with his opinions on abortion or not, the fact that they existed and gave more advice than him meant that they were stealing his thunder.
