The only shit I've heard about Veibae regarding her being a shitty person is in regards to something she said several months ago, when she was shitting on HoloLive. But I can tell that's not the only reason people hate her. Too lazy to do research so maybe someone can give the deets.

Too much autotune, and sounds like generic edgy anime jpop. Her voice is beautiful, yet they turned it into something soulless.

I was expected something more acoustic, an English song at least. I don't believe this is the kind of music she wants to make.

Not autotune but her other voice has the weird effect that just feels off to me. I was also expecting something more acoustic as I think that's where she shines the most.

They drown out her vocals too much and it overall sounds like a JRPG song. It's a good track but probably nothing I'll listen to a lot.

I agree. If they tone down the music a bit her vocals might come off better. She has a great voice and I feel like its lost in this.

I do think that out of all the vshojo crew Veibae would possibly be the worst to pair up with pretty much anyone involved in any other professional agency, I mean she pretty much has one thing and that's the slutty succubus schtick which isn't that entertaining without someone that can play off of it well. For all the complaints that get lodged against Vshojo because of the constant toilet humor and sluttiness, Vei is one I would definitely agree on, because from what I've seen she has literally two default modes and that is being a thot or being bitchy... And yet, I've seen so much sperging since she mentioned it on /vt/ and elsewhere, even here, from people who are still so obsessed with the puritanical image of vtubing they picked up from hololive or people just throwing gas on the fire in general. It would make it worth it just to see the meltdown. The drawback of course is I'm fairly certain that if it did happen, Kiara would spaz out as she is wont to do, Vei would start being a catty bitch as she is wont to do, and it would kill off any and all chances of future collabs, even the tiny microscopic Schrodingers chance of a Melody/Coco collab as Coco is on the way out the door.

I can't speak for others, but mine haven't really been hate boners I'd argue.

As for key difference, I think I summed it up in the post above yours', but of those 3 specifically. Gundo and Marine try to not make it their characters. Gundo's comes out while streaming and especially in collabs, it's more natural entertainment than just "lol sex, are you horny yet?" Marine's is her joking, but there's more to Marine's personality and character than just sex and she tries to downplay this a lot lately to avoid coming off as what people criticize Veibae and Vshojo as. Veibae is neither of those things and lacks any sort of subtlety, wit or personality beyond sex and crass to sell her character and viewer engagement.

Edit: @Nolan Crush I just think what she said was shallow, uninformed and bitchy, in that regard. I can't speak for others, but her canceling the collab and her response after doing so rubbed people the wrong way and I don't blame them.
