Robert is probably thinking of Street Figther, or other 6 button 2d fighter (as if he knows any, KOF ain't 6 button), but SF is the one with "heavy punch", except people call it "fierce". Except spamming doesn't work so well on 2d figthers.
Most likely he is thinking about spam moves noobs do to each other in tekken, like Heihachi's "Heavy Power Punch" or the plague that is plus frame moves spammers that people have to deal in Tekken 7.

You know I can't think of a current Hollywood actor who could nail Bob. I think 90s Drew Carey could have been close since he did a successful sitcom about being a fat loser but I don't think he could do the levels of angry moron required to do the 'character' justice.

As I get older, fewer things in life trigger that little dopamine hit without unacceptable consequences. I'd eat Tiramisu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if it weren't courting an early grave. Compulsive gambling did a number on my relationships and finances. Although liberated from them for the past four years, I savored every last cigarette in the previous eighteen.
Watching people casually dunk on Bob isn't quite the same thing, but it's close. They had nothing to do with Presidential Protection. Between the War and the problem of counterfeiting they were created to shut that down protect the value of American Currency.
It wasn't until the Assassination of McKinley in 1901 that they started protecting Presidents. Heck Garfield was killed by an assassin and shitty doctors between Lincoln and McKinley it took 3 bodies before the United States thought "Gee maybe somebody should protect these guys.".

Bob has a slight point re: the Archdiocese of Boston. Cardinal Bernard Law is considered the worst offender in terms of the Catholic Church's fecklessness in the clergy chomo scandal that peaked in the '80's.
But the Church has come far in trying to make amends and prevent further abuse. They're well-aware that they fucked up and failed the flock.
The same cannot be said of American public schools, which has 100 times as many sex pests as the Catholic Church.
