Well, "Anime" is short for "Animation". Japanese read "Animation" as "Animeshon". Japanese also like to shorten words, hence "Anime".

Could just be logistical issues. Having loads of talents with large fanbases sending in who knows what (nene got like 120 boxes of tissues irc) could be a nightmare to sort and store.

That's kind of an oof, it really does feel like a "pls collab with me
" moment. Inb4 moon/puzzle karma, oh no, but Holo's current position in the Western market honestly feels kind of worrying, and it would be the same if any other agency were in their place. They do attract a bunch of new eyes, but it's hard not to wonder how many of those eyes benefit the whole ecosystem, and for how many of them Vtubing might as well be nothing else but Hololive, benefitting essentially nobody else.

All the Holos we know busted their ass for years until they got in, the eternal TBD can fuck off if they believe this is to hard or want everything holo has day 1, you are not needed if this what it takes to take you down, well not like it matters anyway they probably are shit livers and would graduated in a month when they see is hard work to follow schedule and get a skill besides gaming and peepeepoopoo jokes
There are others, the problem here is that the whiners are the most loud voices, mental wrecks trying to larp as uggguu cute girls, they quickly forgot that Vshoujo did not appear last year, Ironmouse and Nyanners were around since forever and was not until last year that Mowtendo brought them in

yeah that too, even in manga artist, or even seiyuu. i think its on that kind of industry in general, so yeah all those letter still need to be picked, before talent received it, which confirm by Ollie in her last zatsudan. when someone ask if they can send something to Ollie, they need to be send to JP HQ then later it went to ID, but before that, the manager need to look at it first. but idk if that also mean, the news regarding not gonna received fan letter etc are not cover to all talented yet, since Ollie didnt mention about the viewer not able to send it again or anything.

Worst part is that she is not reallygood at dealing with suicidal people, iirc she almost had a mental breakdown during the DDLC stream.Today is Projekt Melody's birthday. I'll be keeping the info about her to a minimum to avoid the thirstposting as she started her bday stream on CB.
This post is about one of her insane fans that has re-surfaced. About a year ago BetrayedMussel started donating large amounts to Melody, usually with suicidal messages. We're talking 1k$+. This eventually cumulated with two 5k$ donations effectively asking her to talk him out of suicide, on stream. Obviously things like this kill a streamer's mood, and it got him banned from chat and from donating.

Today, he's back, dropping a 10k$ donation with a simple Happy Birthday. If not for the name this wouldn't be too exciting, but it being Mussel people did some digging and found a reddit post about his ban. It may sound like he's talking about someone he actually met, but this is about Melody.
