POLICE ISSUE A STATEMENT

Not likely, there were no charges filed when Bob was hospitalized despite being covered in bug bites and having to be quarantined. Failure to maintain a property is more of a civil matter/minor misdemeanor though.
Some of this seems like the failure of the local government, social workers should of been sent to their home as soon as they saw the state Bob was in and done something about it, even have Barb labelled as mentally feeble and unable to care for herself or her manchild son.

*Sharpens Pitchfork*
Is this guy even relevant to what’s going on? I’m just here for the dumpster fire, not the pigeons.
Nah just looks like a left leaning newfag trying to start shit from what it looks to me. Be prepared to see a lot of them really, it's just how it goes when shit hits the fan.

Bob was the homeowner at the time and based upon the Greene County response from the infamous THAT IS MY HOUSE video two years prior to his death, they really don't care what mentally competent individuals get up to in their own homes unless it poses a threat to public health.

It's different now, though so there might be further charges.

He did blackmail a woman into having sex with him, but that was only once or twice. He begged his mother for sex three times, though. He also begged a therapist for sex.
Oh so that's where that quotes file entry comes from.

The state is hilariously bad at identifying actual problems, so it doesn't come as a surprise to me that nothing was done.

In situations involving elders, and individuals with mental illness or autism, they tend to only act when its legally necessary. They don't make money off of moderate/low/no income families. It's the ones living on trust funds or there is money to be earned that they cherry pick the most.

Putting those people into privately run group homes or assisted living nets under the table commissions, especially in cases where its court ordered to go to a private facility. It's super fucked up but it's a big reason why nothing gets done until it's too late.

Here's the actual link for the updated info.

I attempted an archive but it still hides his photo

Central Virginia Regional Jail? A bigger jail? Higher security? Smaller one? One closer to a looney bin? I'm not familiar with the area.

https://www.cvrj.org/ is apparently the jail

Wait, Are they charging him with something Federal?

I'd imagine people who live near him do their absolute best to avoid him. They're most certainly pariahs in their own neighborhood, if not Ruckersville as a whole.
In one of the other threads, I forget which, somebody posted a cap of this story having made Facebook and one of the comments was from somebody claiming to live in the Branchland Court area. They said that the Chandlers were absolutely awful neighbors, among other things. Could just be gay ops but you never really know.
as I said before, I hope they have a good lawyer. They could try to argue that being around chris is a cruel and unusual punishment.
Threatening physical violence probably would get Chris to shut right the hell up, he's a coward at heart after all.

What could they have done? Nothing the Chandlers were doing at the time was explicitly illegal and Barb at the time was much more lucid than she is now. She and Chris effectively were living like trailer trash hoarders, as evidenced by what happened at the rental home while 14BC was being raised from the dead of the fire, but it's not illegal to live in a Collyer Mansion (at I don't think it is).

I’d imagine the most likely thing his neighbors would have done about the chandlers is to file complaints about the state of their yard and house’s exterior. If I lived near him and knew about his internet sagas I’d never stick my head above the trenches.
