Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Is it really that bad to have the armed forces help out that your countrymen would see it as an occupying force? The irony is pretty funny, but you guys are a bit touchy sometimes. Maybe 'ay off of the sugar, opium and MSM. The army are not the killbot deathsquad.
You don't seem to understand that the redcoats coming to get the colonies back under control was the equivalent of a country's army being deployed on what it saw as its own soil to restore and maintain both control and order. It's part of the very founding of america that we're protected against such maneuvers.

Not that it'll help, and anyone who seriously believes the constitution is going to prevent something like that from happening should they want to do it is denying reality at this point. We're beyond the point at which this administration - or really even the government - gives a fuck about it. The time to stand up and give a fuck was when the Patriot Act was signed.
What if they were unarmed?
A distinction without a difference. A trained soldier is a trained soldier with or without a weapon. Ditto for them being part of the armed forces, you don't stop being a soldier for the state when you don't have a weapon on you.

The use of troops on domestic soil is -strictly- prohibited. And would be an invitation to issues with the rank and file.

The U.S. is a federalized republic. the use of federal troops on domestic soil is outright verboten. Strictly and totally a no unless an insurrection is called and THAT would... well, that'd be the kind of thing that kicks off an actual civil war. For Domestic operations, you can use the National Guard.

You are thinking of it in the wrong terms. Keep in mind, each State is basically a small sovereign nation in itself, which has given up large portions of that sovereignty to join under a federal body. The federal military being sent in would -be- an invading body if not specifically requested by the governor of that state.
Oh my sweet summer child.
This is something that can't even be pinned directly on Biden, it is something the establishment has been working on for decades, how to get around that pesky little provision.
Well now we have a country with a sizeable amount of the population convinced that anyone right of center is one bad day away from being an insurrectionist, we have a president who publicly says things like "no amendment to the constitution is absolute" and is surrounded by corrupt yes men, and we have multiple divisions of federal goons already under direct executive control as "law enforcement" in case the rank and file troops turn their noses up at orders.
They have put all the chess pieces in place and started the game, it's time for america to wake up and realize the redcoats are here.

What's the next move?

Do YOU have long COVID? Here is NINETY EIGHT (98 )signs of it!
"Cracked or dry lips can occur in especially cold or hot weather or may be a sign of dehydration. When a virus like COVID-19 takes hold, dry lips may also occur because viruses are likely to cause dehydration. The American Academy of Dermatology suggests using lip balm, drinking plenty of fluids, and refraining from picking at the dry skin to get this symptom to go away."
"Your veins circulate the blood around your body and when you're too cold or hot, your blood vessels may constrict or widen. This may be due to having a fever, then low body temperature, or it may be a sign of dehydration. According to the Mayo Clinic, these bulging veins may be due to inactivity or damaged blood valves."
Is this how we are counting?
So will the Military be-folded into NATO?
How will they get past Posse Comitatus?

To piggy back on @soy_king , politics in every country runs on a thin and fine layer of corruption. You wash my back, I wash yours, we both get happy. This is nominally kept in check by requiring it to be done quietly, and the corruption remaining less costly than the benefit to the voter. This is the reality of the system, and functions quite well normally.

But the core rule of all this is that it must remain under the table, the system must be -perceived- as clean. Just ignoring court orders is too dirty.

Some lubricating corruption has been a staple of politics since people started living in villages to make the systems work. Nobody minds a little corruption when the politicians and policies involved benefit the populace. When Senator Jones pulls a little dirty fast one to put some kind of project in town that employs a lot of townspeople and local firms, nobody really minds if he skims a little off the top as a bonus. After all all, the Mayor is getting clout, Charlie's Construction boys get a good gig for building it, Dave and Bill and Jimmy get to work there when its done, Paul's Diner and Tom's Pub all get more business, and so on - everybody is happy so Senator Jones can have a taste as a reward. Take a look at Huey P. Long's entire career, corrupt as could be but because he built bridges, and roads, and improved people's lives he was practically a political messiah.

When it breaks down, it breaks down because the corruption no longer benefits the people, either the politicians take too much, they point the benefits to non-local entities, or both. The openness of the corruption is secondary to where the benefits go and how much the politician benefits from the corruption. Once the internal perception goes from 'they are a corrupt bastard, but they're benefitting me' to 'this asshole is corrupt and hurting my kids' then public opinion and theoretically votes shift to dislodge the official.

The issue currently is that its not a senator or mayor here and there undergoing this level of distrust, but entire parties and administrations. On one paw, all politicians have become more selfish and corrupt as they have continued to get away with it, and arrogantly forgot that there is a fine balance to maintain. On the other, entire classes of politicians have converted to an ideology that isn't even about pretending to serve the people, but instead to destroy the nation and genocide its populace by corrupt and authoritarian means. In most people's minds, these two great sins end up a bit blended, and if there is a grand political backlash nobody is going to care about distinguishing the nuances of motivation behind the betrayal.

They'll just want to see the entire political system swing from a lamppost.

Oh no! The religious right wants me to raise my family in a moral and gospel centered way.

This is exactly the same as leftoids trying to corrupt and destroy your child, family, and country as soon as possible with the full weight of the government, media, and globohomo.
✝️ "So we want you to raise your child up to have moral virtue, and aspire to be a good citizen and good parent to their own children in time."
🦅 "Whats the trade-off for the benefits?"
✝️ "We're going to need to see them at Church on Sundays, believe in Jesus and avoid degeneracy."
🦅 "Alright, lets hear the counter-offer?"
🤡 "lEt uS CuT OfF YoUr dAuGhTeRs tItS!"
🦅"Wait - "
🤡 "LeT Us cRoSsDrEsS YoUr sOn aNd mAkE ThEm sTrIp dAnCe fOr aDuLt mEn!"

✝️ "Would you like to hear about our Crusade options?"
🦅 "....yes, I would like that very much."

Our press only talks cases, they never give hard numbers for deaths, I'm assuming because it's lower, but that wouldn't cause the panic they want.
Correct. I always found the use of "cases" as a measurement as very, very odd. After all you can "have" COVID but not be sick from it. Hospitalizations and deaths would be a better measure.

Then we find out that PCR tests could have a false positive rate anywhere from 50% to 90% depending on how many amplification cycles the lab uses.

It would appear to me that COVID is a manufactured crisis where the entire medical bureaucracy has chosen a meaningless metric that can be adjusted up and down as needed. Everyone is arguing over data that means nothing because it can be so easily manipulated. Of course then you have the press that blew this up and said "we have the data!"

In the decades to come the COVID response will be derided as completely wrong and served only pharma interests.

For all the talk of Trump being an abnormal administration, I feel this administration is far more abnormal. Biden is never at the White House, he goes to his house in Delaware and won't release who is coming and going, all this shit is going down around him and he doesn't hold any kind of press conference and just fucks off to Camp David.
Biden is abnormal because he isn't a presence. Obama and Trump could command the stage at least. Bush had the same slow, soft talking that Biden has, but Bush didn't have that warble in there. Biden seems... Fragile. He has to say very specific things and be very precise with where he stands. That he seems afraid that he will get lost if he goes off script or away from his markers.

Ironically, I remember Obama was supposed to "shake things up" only for him to be a very typical president. Now Biden was supposed to be "the return to normalcy" and it feels like things are falling apart.

As for the administration level stuff, yeah it feels abnormal because it either feels 1. Schizophrenic or 2. They bold faced lied their asses off to get into power. The one thing that was causing the rise in populism and distrust in institutions and they went *all in on it.*

Every campaign promise Biden made has been broken already. He made no good faith attempts at them either. This administration drips with that elitist attitude of "we know better than you now sit down and shut up." They thought that they could gaslight and lie to the populace through regular channels and it isn't working. Non of the strategies of the past 70 years are working anymore and they don't know why.

Biden's admin was dead before they even opened those boxes of ballots. It is a shambling zombie from a different time.
It just seems the Constitution goes out the window during a pandemic.
What is annoying is that I have friends who love "V for Vendetta" and can't figure out that NorseFire used a pandemic to seize control. No one has made that connection yet.

This a great point, one I agree with and The Administration is like, "Look, COVID. We can beat this. Just get the jab..." and everyone just doesn't give a fuck...no real value.

First 2 are bog standard at this point but what religious holidays are around September 11th?

1628952665307.png

The Jewish High holidays, a Pagan holiday that's celebrated by almost no one, and a Shia Muslim holiday that remembers the death of the Third Imam. The last one does inspire some political protests but only in Iran. Why would a holiday that inspires protests in Iran threaten the USA?

They mean holidays in general. The War on Christmas just got HOT!
I looked into it and found the full bulletin:

https://www.dhs.gov/ntas/advisory/national-terrorism-advisory-system-bulletin-august-13-2021

  • Historically, mass-casualty domestic violent extremist attacks linked to RMVEs have targeted houses of worship and crowded commercial facilities or gatherings. Some RMVEs advocate via online platforms for a race war and have stated that civil disorder provides opportunities to engage in violence in furtherance of ideological objectives. The reopening of institutions, including schools, as well as several dates of religious significance over the next few months, could also provide increased targets of opportunity for violence though there are currently no credible or imminent threats identified to these locations.

Makes more sense but still is eh. They already put police outside every synagogue during the high holidays, that's good enough.

We'll see, we've already got the regime admitting to taking likely unconstitutional action saying to just go with it anyway, with the Eviction Moratorium mk II.

It would be very bad. This isn't the armed forces helping out their countrymen. It's Washington DC bureaucrats forcing their will on Wyoming. The Wyoming-Idaho border is about a 2084mi (3335 km) drive from Washington DC. This is longer than a drive from Marseille, France to Moscow 2046 mi (3275 km) or Brussels to Ankara 1951 mi (3122 km). Random assholes this far away forcing their will on people is perceived very poorly.
How many Dem states border R states? Theoretically, could enough Dem states 'call in help' to block the borders from R states, without R states having troops in them?
Here's a map of red state and blue state governors, though that's nothing to say about the Maryland and Massachusetts governors for example.

The gaming of the numbers was bad out here in Ohio. I'm about 95% sure I had COVID back in Feb-March 2020, but antibody tests were hard to come by until summer and then, if you tested positive for antibodies, the state health department would count that as a new positive case for that day, even if you'd had it 6 months ago. They went back through reported information and counted old, potential COVID cases as new cases for the day they counted them. Had to keep those numbers inflated because we weren't looking bad enough for our idiot governor to continue justifying his lockdown measures and mask mandates. See, Ohio is the state were Proctor and Gamble is HQ'd in and they were shifting to mask production and wouldn't you know, my governor has all kinds of money invested in P&G. And various Pharma companies. Ohio politics is stupid corrupt, but as John Doe pointed out, we just expect it and will give a bit of a pass if they're competent. But DeWine is something else, he's just been a prosecutor and the AG before, as well as a Senator. He knows how to cover his corruption and he knows about everyone elses.

Look up our form state house speaking Householder and the First Energy. Big Federal corruption case that dropped a few weeks after the state house started making noise about reigning in DeWine's emergency powers. DeWine's eyeball deep in First Energy money too, but he has Federal connections. Also a school in Haiti that was praised by, shocker, Hillary Clinton. I'd almost take Kentucky's affable moron governor over ours, but the Ohio machines are corrupt as fuck. The Dems just tend to be corrupt, progressive, and retarded, it's part of why the state's rolled hard red in recent years.

Comparing this mess to Dunkirk is an insult to the soldiers at Dunkirk. Dunkirk was a fighting retreat, this is a rout. This is worse than the battle of Teutoburg forest. It's completely shameful and embarrassing that the most powerful military the world has seen can muster up a rear guard.
Well no, Teutoburg Forest saw a bunch of Romans being outright annihilated and that never actually happened in Afghanistan. This is more like the Romans abandoning Britain as their Empire crumbles around them and a total fucking retard sits on the throne.

The Dems just tend to be corrupt, progressive, and retarded, it's part of why the state's rolled hard red in recent years.
That, and the influence of one man. How does a state go from Obama +14 to Trump ~+8 (bordering 10) in such a small window of election cycles?

Too bad Ohio RINOs probably believe the state is blood red from their own actions.

Yeah, a lot of the Dems here are Blue-collar Rust Belt types that were screwed my NAFTA, but the state party running super progressive types, at least in the southern part of the state, hasn't help them either. A lot of District 2, for example, is blue-collar Dems, but they've been electing Republicans to congress for decades because the party keeps trying to run very progressive types.
