So, @rubytintedchix , did the stream I miss for reasons cover how "Wars" for Jack is a verbal tic or a thing he burbles out randomly or something? Because while I know he does read this thread, I know he pays more attention to what you guys say than the threads.

For those of you who aren't lifting dweebs, in order for a squat to be considered legitimate you have to squat the weight below parallel. That is to say as you squat your hips should come past the level of your knees. If you watch JR's video you can see he is WAAAY above parallel, meaning his max squat is well below his reported 355x3.
