PPP said Surfer went to stay with someone. He said his parents but the way he hesitated makes me think Surfer's with a mutual friend instead or something. However, it's noteworthy that he also said the cops didn't keep listening to Surfer because "They thought you were nutbar".
Either Surfer really did decline hard or there's something so absurd we haven't heard yet, like PPP wasn't just intimidating him. You would have to go through Freedom of Information shit to get it, and they can (probably would) refuse. Even the people involved in this incident would have a hard time getting any meaningful information. The privacy laws are fairly strict. Unless it becomes part of a court case, then it is easily obtainable by the involved parties during the process of disclosure.

Sometimes the police dept will have a page on their site that goes through occurrences, a "police blotter" or even what is called a "GIS Crime Map", but they are generally a certain number of days behind the occurrences (my area is 10 days).
