There is. Courts can decline to enforce a contract for "public policy" reasons. These generally involve the actual enforcement of the contract being to compel illegal behavior. Hence, prostitution contracts are inherently unenforceable and should remain so.

I'm sure Russ doesn't mean to say this, but what other sense can you make of it if you try to interpret the sentence logically? So he cobbled together this sentence, which does nothing but make him look dumb and raise the question of what his actual standards are as far as speaking out against hate.
