I fear about just how much Liz-Fong Jones is willing to fight in court. I honestly think that the primary focus of the litigation fund should taking care of that fucking evil retard tranny, one who has immense wealth backing them. If there has to be a fundraiser in the future, I think people would be less likely to give money if they knew a portion of it went to defending a fat retard against their own bad decisions. I think it's a bad idea to spend from the war chest on it. You probably shouldn't pay actual real-world dollars to intervene if there's a good chance the court learns it's only to tangentially benefit your position in other pending legal matters. I also don't think you have much of a case when you haven't suffered any damages as a result of this person now acting as an agent.

1. Stebbins is already considered a vexlit in California, though I'm not certain whether his vexlit status applies on the state level or on the district level.
2. His legally indentured retard is only a limited agent. Stebbins would still have to represent himself.

Considering he has a demonstrated history of non-compliance with the court's requirement that he file the requisite vexlit paperwork, i don't think you have much to worry about in terms of existential threats to the site. I understand your interest comes from a good place but, as others have said already, there's risk in casting the net too wide.

As someone who donated to the fund, the way I see it, as long as the fund is being utilized with honesty and integrity, thats all I ask for. Even if it is utilized in what ends up being a losing battle, if it was done for a correct reason and adheres to your principles, thats all thats matters.

I do not think this is worth opening the war chest for. When I gave money, I did not imagine that this was the type of thing it would go towards. It would be different if Kiwifarms was more directly involved.
