Careercow Adam Sessler - Former G4 Host, Possibly a Coke Addict, Zoe Quinn Orbiter, Increasingly Irrelevant Cuck

This thread is just making me miss TechTV even more. It was seriously a great channel.

Also, I tried reading Olivia Munn's book once. That was a mistake.
Do you think it was ghost written or do you think Munn actually wrote it herself?

I was hoping for a more interesting bump, but it looks like the Sess is as boring as ever and people were just reminiscing about more interesting people and the channel they were associated with.

In trueCalifornia fashion, here's Adam proudly displaying his non-white relations & nerd cred for online leftist Good Boy Points:

I gave G4 and Attack of the Show/Ninja Warrior reruns my viewing output, but I didn't have a Neilsen box so I didn't count apparently.

I don't think the format of a Let's Play could work on broadcast television, where it has to fit within a set time slot, has to have commercial breaks and depending on the game has to be edited for content, I definitely don't blame a TV executive for not really thinking that would work on TV.
GameCenter-CX is a TV show where each episode is centered around the host playing a video game. It's very different from what became the standard for Let's Plays, but it provides a model other shows could have imitated.

Tech TV was the shit, I feel very lucky to have discovered it because it was purely by accident one night when channel surfing way back in 2002.

While G4 was cool too, there's definitely a part of me that wishes Tech TV could have survived, Tech TV was brainier and more authentically "geek", G4 was always trying to be "cool" and hip.

I watched g4 back in the early 2000's and xplay was my favorite series on the channel (besides anime unleashed). it's a shame to see that he turned out like this. morgan is trying to make something out of her career but admin went off the leftist deep end.

So, in summary...

Adam, your politics are so ugly my penis fell off and ran out the door.
look at him, does he really look threatening? lol

ZDTV was absolute magic in the late 90s. Adam Sessler's life directly reflects the decline in quality as it changed into TechTV, then G4-TechTV, then G4.

ZDTV was before my time, what was that like?

ZDTV was before my time, what was that like?

No balding Gen-X coke fiends, no hyperactive adult children, no reality shows, and no professional gaming nonsense. The only gaming content was the show GameSpot TV that just reviewed games and showed trailers. Everything else was just wholesome tech news, shows about interesting stuff on the internet (in the internet's Golden Age), and live call-in shows about tech.

It was pretty sweet. Quintessential pre-9/11 television, before the West went into decline.

It was a channel for real nerds, exactly the opposite of the kind who think they are because they're an MCU fan or catch a reference in Big Bang Theory.

It had shows like:
-Screen Savers - Like a tech themed morning news show. They did product reviews, news, how-to's, etc.
-Call for Help - Want advice on how to optimize your Access use or don't know how to recover deleted data from a drive? Read the title.
-TechLive - Tech stuff in a half hour nightly news format.
-Gamespot TV - According to Jeff Gerstmann, literally just Gamespot's written content edited down to fit a three minute video.

You all niggas keep bringing up this tech tv shit and not talking about code monkeys. What is wrong with you all?

My only interaction with Sessler was him doing a panel with the cuck jim sterling and them both agreeing mean hurty words on the internet are reasons for doxing to happen. Which I could probably find both of them crying about doxing be bad as well.

It doesn't sound too different from Tech TV, I saw plenty of Screen Savers, Call for Help etc, I may not have watched from the start but I started in 2002 a good while before the G4 merger.

You know one show I loved was Eye Drops which sadly, at least last time I checked, there doesn't seem to be many episodes of which saved online.

And even when they played reruns on Tech TV it was really oddball stuff like Max Headroom and Thunderbirds, Thunderbirds was rad as hell.

That said I think the channel was still pretty interesting for a while even after the G4 merger, I have the G4-Tech TV era to thank for introducing me to my all time favorite anime, so that's pretty neato.

But don't get me wrong, Tech TV was superior.
