Hit me with the late ratings, but I'm stupidly amused that the Portland Chief of Police is "Chief Outlaw." I searched a couple of places and that is legitimately her name -- she even has a Wikipedia entry. Had I ever been driving in Oakland when she was a patrol officer there, and gotten stopped for a broken taillight or anything, I would probably frame the ticket from "Officer Outlaw" because I love shit like that. Okay, back to our regularly scheduled dragging of Phil!

Phil actually walked down the street in a military helmet? And by the looks of it, in military larp gear? Dude is taking this antifa roleplay super seriously. This is what happens when the sped has a bunch of people legitimising his playacting (see: transgenderism). On the one hand it's a bad thing because it makes him look (and probably act) even stupider and could get him into trouble. I'd love to see the reactions of people on the street to that garb. I'd also love to see the reactions of real leftists - the type that organise stuff and want to keep the police from snooping around their business. Phil may as well be wearing a flashing neon sign with blaring horns saying 'I know where stuff is being organised, arrest me and find out' with all the antifa dressup he has on. Which is why he'll never be involved in antifa other than to wear the right patches and badges.

Per wikipedia: "It can signify that the wearer has spent time in prison; or more specifically that the wearer was raped while incarcerated and tattooed by the rapist as a "property" mark and for humiliation, since facial tattoos cannot be concealed."

Where I'm from a teardrop tattoo under your eye is a way to tell other prisoners how many you've killed while inside, while an outline of a teardrop is for attempted murder, or a future revenge based murder (you get it filled once you've killed your target).
Phil better hopes he never gets locked up for any reason, because that tattoo is a challenge to others and they WILL target him for it. Also what kind of retarded tattoo artist would put that on someone? They HAVE to know the consequences.
