He won't survive though (that is, if he gets sick in the first place). As an autist, he's zinc deficient, which among other things causes immune deficiency. (And incidentally, another symptom is loss of libido. Remember that a while back Phil was surprised by this. At the time he was claiming to have had SRS but we now know that to be fake.) Do you know who else has a hard time getting enough zinc? Vegans! The zinc in plant sources often comes along with phytates, which bind to it and prevent it from being absorbed (the zinc in red meat doesn't have that problem). Of course Phil's adherence to his vegan diet is dubious, but it's possible that he's just vegan enough to induce or exacerbate nutritional deficiencies, and it's not like his non-vegan diet was that great anyway. Plus his health is garbage due to asinine stunts like letting his feet get moldy. He's toast.
