Eating high mercury fish during pregnancy ain't GREAT for a baby, but I wouldn't think much of a mom doing it once. I am wondering what's in that gimlet (???) glass. That's pretty weird-looking. If I paid for a mocktail and it was that little, I'd be annoyed. If it's alcohol, it's WAY too early in the pregnancy to start that.
Oh, excess mercury is going to cause terrible concerns in a developing embryo/fetus. Most of the parasites/bacteria are killed in flash-freezing stateside, although not everything gets killed. You should not eat high mercury fish like shark or swordfish. I'm not big on telling people they should listen to medical advice on an internet gossip site from someone who's not an OB, but this is one of those exceptions.
We might be given slightly different advice in the UK we were warned off the raw sushi and warned not to eat too much tinned tuna because of the Mercury.

Yeah that's why I think the advice is different, in the uk we actually eat a lot of tinned tuna as a staple but we don't eat a lot of raw fish sushi or the types that have high mercury fish.

The first step of shit like AA is acknowledging that he’s addicted to something and saying what it is. It’s ok to lie to people about rehab or be super vague about it, especially after the fact. That’s why programs like AA are anonymous. It’s a white lie. The program wouldn’t work otherwise. But saying it for Adderall is bad news. Bam Margera says the same thing, and he’s going to die like Aaron Carter soon. Amanda Bynes was/is(?) also an “Adderall” addict. They pick Adderall because most normies have never taken it (though many have tried it once or twice now), and because it’s legal with a prescription. So it sounds less scary than crystal meth, which is what they’re actually taking. But it doesn’t sound silly, like going to rehab for marijuana or cigarettes. They can explain away their continued tweaker behavior on Adderall. There may be someone behind the scenes telling them to say Adderall because they want the addict to cycle in and out of recovery to keep them in a conservatorship or abusive relationship.
