Alexandra Rodriguez / Alexandra Irene Thomas / Learning to be Fearless - pathological liar, fake BoPo advocate, professional dropout, apex consumer, great big fatty, now a mother

Here's a haul from Alex's Instagram.

First up, Bruno:

I'm very sad that Kelly Lenza went into hiding and took Eyebrow Cat with her, so I'm glad Bruno is here . . . until Alex decides to rehome him.

I thought she was wearing reddish-pink socks:

The shoe (followed her Amazon link):

Then she shilled the undies again:

Followed her link to Walmart:

Also some food, which I notice looks suspciously healthier than what she usually choses to eat. Perhaps someone is feeling defensive about the pushback?

Then we get a "bumpdate" (ugh) on her Instagram grid. She tagged the brand for the dress, of course.

The bumpdate video:

The baby is the size of a mango and she rubs her, 9 months pregnant of triplets, fat gunt like is real.
Are you birthing a 100lbs lard ball???
The delusion is out of the charts with Alex.

ETA: Every time she rubs her fat gunt like is a "baby bump", a faggot is killed in the Middle East.

She’s still cleaning, wrongly saying she’s “nesting” again with no knowledge beyond TikTok of what that word really means. You don’t nest until the last week or so before going into labour. In Alex’s case she’ll probably have a planned early cesarean section, so won’t nest at all.
Where’s the nursery to nest in Alex? Oh that’s right, you haven’t fucking got one yet. You’re just late to the spring cleaning tasks.

Here's the yewtube link for this new vlog, titled "DEEP CLEANING/NESTING BEFORE BABY + COOKING DINNER VLOG."

Only two things shilled in this video:

silicone tumbler bottoms: $6.99 (Amazon)
air fryer baskets: $9.99 (Amazon)

She looks radiant and is glowing:

I don't understand why the pregnant fat women aren't embarrassed to present their gut as a "bump". Same with Trisha Paytas. It should be a shameful reminder that you will never have a cute round bump that's actually your baby because it's covered under layers of lard and you won't ever get to see their little feet kicking out against your skin, at best you can hope for the lard to jiggle a bit. All because you can't put down the fork. You need a lot of cognitive dissonance to not realize how far you've let yourself go to not only not be ashamed of that but also to proudly present it.

but also dangerous due to the way they stitch up the abdominal muscles.
They don’t always stitch the abdominal muscles during tummy tucks. Unless the patient has a diastatis recti there’s no need to. While Alex has certainly been (and is again) significantly obese, that doesn’t mean those abdominal muscles were seperated. Core strength (going to gym since she was 10 and mostly muscle 😂) can keep the abdominals in pretty good shape. Mostly significant separation of those muscles occurs due to pregnancy, and Alex hadn’t been pregnant prior to her tummy tuck. Also when plastic surgeons are aware that a patient is wanting more children, they will often choose not to do the abdominal tightening, or to not tighten as much as they normally would for a patient that has finished childbearing.

She was definitely stupid to have had that surgery prior to having kids that she knew she wanted, and was very likely warned not to do it before pregnancy, but Alex only listens to Nancy (who had just had the same procedure), and TikTok (where the dumbest of the dumb can have the loudest voices).

I would suspect that the biggest obstacle the tummy tuck would cause her is trying to squeeze a full term baby under the very tight scar tissue that runs hip to hip. Those scars are really unforgiving. The foetus is likely growing in a position above that scar tissue, and she’s going to need a pregnancy band just to keep her scarring compressed. I’m really not expecting they’ll have her deliver vaginally. The tummy tuck is just another in a long line of reasons that make hers a very high risk pregnancy.

Edit: spelling
Also, the insurance paid for tummy tucks due to constant raw skin and infection between folds, doesn’t usually cover abdominal tightening or mons pubis liposuction, although surgeons will often let their patients pay extra out of pocket to do these add on procedures.

Can any Americans weigh in on how honest doctors would be with her regarding how high her risks are being pregnant and obese? I heard that American doctors are terrified of even bringing weight up at all because their funding depends a lot on "patient satisfaction" and bad reviews from fatties can get their government funding cut. It seems she is entirely unaware of how much stuffing her face is raising her risks of death for her and her baby. Would her doctors advise her to stop gaining so much fucking weight at some point?

She is so fat I bet it's hard for the ultrasound technician to even see the baby in detail to diagnose any birth defects. I can't remember if she ever brought up doing the sugar test, but with how much fruit she eats every day (plus no doubt plenty of sweet snacks off camera) I can't imagine her blood sugar is looking good. It's just a fucking disaster all around.

Her original ob group did the responsible thing, fired her, and referred her to a high risk practice. She thinks it's fatphobia, but it's potentially lifesaving. Wish I had a video of her sitting in the waiting room with all those deathfats. Saying to herself, I'm not like them.

I mean, who among us doesn't think deep fried corn dogs and an entire pint of Ben and Jerry's is great prenatal nutrition.

This was many years ago, but I swear to God, the only prenatal nutrition advise I got from my very swanky practice was a list of fast food items, and how bad each one was for you, and MAYBE you should avoid them.

It's almost time for the glucose tolerance test. More fatphobia.

Yup.

Oh did she admit she is going to a high risk practice for fatties? I must have missed that. I remember the video of her complaining about fatphobia from her doctor and how BMI is bullshit because "she has lots of muscles", but holy shit they probably don't have a chair that can accommodate her, especially as she gains 80lb during pregnancy and they probably don't have the ultrasound equipment to penetrate her gunt either.

bad reviews from fatties can get their government funding cut.
This is very problematic.
The proper logic would be reviewing how good the doctors are in their job - diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease; not how sweet, cuddly and pussy-footed they are around non compliant, self destructive and confrontational patients.
Sure, one can review the design of the waiting room, the politeness of reception staff, the cucumber water offered, the time it took to make an appointment etc. But where it comes to actual medicine a good doctor is better than a kind doctor any day.
There is a ton of money to be made by medical professionals but the well-being of patients shouldn't be compromised.
I guess I'm a naive romantic because I still believe the Hippocratic oath is taken for a reason.

ETA: Fatlexandra won't talk about the glucose test imo. There is no way in heaven the results will be within a normal range if she takes it, or she might avoid it due to WLS-related dumping syndrome (which I don't believe she has or has gotten used to having the shits all the time and just ignores it).

Last week she mentioned going to the doctors for a blood test for "something pregnancy related". What is it, fatso? How come the pregnancy you "craved" for so much occupies less head space than your Amazon purchases?
Funny how pregnancy brain never impeded her ability to link her rubbish hauls though.
And yes, she said that she was "craving a baby". Maybe it stil hasn't hit home that a child is a little different than a corn dog.

ETA 2 : a link to her latest snooze fest on the alternate tube

Normally I'd skim through for some screenshots but she's taken care of it for us.

It's in the video Why I had to leave my OB, which is more like, Why I got fired from my OB. She's not very upfront about it. She was told only one hospital will take her, and went doctor shopping. I don't believe for a minute she wasn't given the name of a high risk practice to call. Days later, she says she saw a midwife, but no midwife with any sense would take her.

She claims it's the girl thing of "it's not what you told me, it's the WAY you told me" with her original OB.

I also love her extremely scientific method of "I've seen so many healthy plus size pregnancies ONLINE." Guess what the docs have seen?

I think the healthcare system in the United States is so decentralized that it's hard to say how candidly obstetricians in general might speak to a patient regarding weight-related risks during pregnancy. This article from the New England Journal of Medicine discusses the management of obese women before and during pregnancy, stating that "the patient’s BMI serves as the basis for tailoring counseling about diet and exercise and discussing the actual and appropriate ranges of weight gain during pregnancy according to BMI class, in line with current guidelines". Basically, there's a whole lot of leeway given to the individual physician.

The thing with obstetricians, specifically, is that they have enormously high malpractice insurance costs. I suspect this makes them more likely to turn patients away for being too high-risk. There's a concept called "scope of practice" in medicine, which delineates the specific activities allowed by a medical license. The scope of practice of a given specialty is governed by the state in which the physician is licensed to practice, and doctors are prohibited from treating patients outside of it. An obstetrician who doesn't refer out a potentially high-risk patient is just asking for a lawsuit if something goes wrong, so they err on the side of caution.

Women who are at high risk of pregnancy complications for any reason may be referred to a high-risk pregnancy specialist because they have needs that are outside the scope of practice of a normal obstetrician. Sometimes, this just means that the practice doesn't have the necessary equipment to accommodate very fat patients. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the main professional association in the United States, explains, "Although obesity is not an indication for the transfer of routine obstetric or gynecologic care, consultation with or referral to physicians with expertise in obesity may be appropriate if the obstetrician–gynecologist cannot safely and effectively care for the patient because of a lack of specialized training, experience, or institutional resources."

Finally, Fat Alex is also not just extremely fat, she's extremely fat and has had bariatric surgery, which adds an additional layer of complexity to the management of her pregnancy. ACOG provides specific guidance for the care of pregnant women who have previously had bariatric surgery.

She shouldn’t be having the GTT because she’s had Gastric bypass. There are alternative tests she can have.

It’s not the “early dumping syndrome” (the shitting one) that is the issue, it’s “late dumping syndrome” which can bring on very dangerous levels of hypoglycaemia that is the problem. 75g of sugar taken in a fasted state (with 2-4hrs of fasting afterward) is way too much for gastric bypass patients.
she definitely has a housekeeper.
She does

Alex should be consulting with both her bariatric surgeon and her plastic surgeon during this pregnancy. Guaranteed she hasn’t gone near her bariatric surgeon though since she started regaining the weight she lost (which was always short of expectation to begin with). At least she has shown that she’s taking specific bariatric pre-natal vitamins. If she ends up having a c-section (which I predict will happen) then her post-op pain relief could well be an issue for her. Her options are very limited in that regard.

Good OP, glad to see a new (to me) cow.

One of our deathfats who stopped posting killed her twins in utereo. I don’t remember her name, or the story well, but I think her blood pressure was sky high and the doctor said it was an emergency and to do certain things, including cutting out all salt immediately. So of course she left his office and ordered extra salty french fries which caused a miscarriage. She eventually had a daughter named Tori, who she’s trooning out.

I know somebody here will remember that cow and story better than me; feel free to correct me.

They were different types of fats. Alex is a sad beige fat who wants to be a family vlogger and this chick was a dangerhair grifter, but the end result will be the same: bad mothers.

Is Alex’s husband a literal pinhead?

Cecily Kellogg

She kept eating after killing the first one and then lost both, ultimately. She did then have an IVF baby, I think it was, who she has fed into childhood obesity if not type two diabetes iirc.

Is Alex’s husband a literal pinhead?
He’s quite well educated, a CPA & masters in cybersecurity and was working until the end of March. He had a tragic childhood, raised in a household of domestic violence, and was witness to his mother and fathers murder suicide. I suspect that has caused him to be quite the cuck. He’s very compliant to her demands (she is/was the main breadwinner after all). He also doesn’t show much emotion to either Alex or their dog. He loves his new Tesla though and adores his tight shorts.
