This hard working thing is definitely a jab at Becky but if we follow the line of logic that Wipey is Jade (she is) and she moved from New York (she did) and she works IT (she supposedly does), Amber is doing alright because Jade probably works from home. Think about it - she had a problem with Destiny working at an actual place without her but she wouldn't quit her job. She had a problem with Becky working an actual job without her so she brow beat her into quitting so she can stay home all day. If Jade is working from home but at least she's in Amber's little bubble so Amber has no problem because god forbid she can be a functioning human by herself. Even better if they guarantee job placement after "graduation" - sometimes the job is with the certificate place if they can't foist them off to other companies. They hire their own "graduates" to teach new rounds of suckers. It's a bonafide cycle.

I found this info on Jade Francis aka wifey aka wipey a while ago. Might answer some of her employment questions. I originally found it by searching the directory of the company she works for (there is only 111 employees so it wasn't hard to find.) I do find it interesting that she started working at her current company in August of 2021 the same month she moved to KY to be with Amber, yet it still says she is based out of NYC.
Hopefully I can attach this correctly, if not let me know how to fix it.

It's funny, because there have been a couple of people over the years on MSHPL who, after losing a fair bit of weight, are surprisingly not terrible looking people. Most of them, though, look like the same ugly person they were, just thinner.
