If anyone's curious, here's a clip of Amber during one of the many times she threatened to sue reaction channels (specifically Zachary Michael and The Ankle in this clip) in her most recent live. I don't think my summary portrayed how smug she is throughout this. Before this clip, people were also commenting that Amber's in her "Elle Woods era" which Amber seemed to enjoy very much.

She's trying to make it sound like she's retained an attorney, which can range from mildly costly to insanely expensive. Yes, if you sue someone in the US, then the plaintiff's attorney doesn't collect a fee unless their client prevails, and then they take their cut from a portion of the winnings. So she may have called a lawyer and asked about suing these reaction channels, but I very much doubt she's paid to have an attorney on retainer.
And as far as inciting hatred...no one is obligated to like you and if you do shitty things, people have a right to call out your shitty behavior, that's not inciting hatred and that's not slander. An accusation has to be untrue to be considered slander and that's at a minimum, there are other criteria that have to be met to rise to the legal level of slander and/or libel.
Inciting hatred would be telling your audience ''Amber sucks, so everyone go to apartment and hurl bags of flaming feces through her window.'' It's not saying ''Amber is a fat fatty and I would not have sex with her" or that she is a shitty pet owner and she was stupid and negligent to have not had her pets microchipped.'
And while technically anyone can bring a lawsuit over anything, winning is another story a is just saying nasty or negative things about a person and is an easy lawsuit winnable offense, then Becky, The Ankle and Zachary Michael should consider suing Amber. Her ex Casey definitely has a lawsuit over the stuff Hamber alleged about her.
From my understanding as a layperson, autistic girls tend to fixate on things like animals, makeup, plants, etc. and some develop eating disorders from obsessing over counting calories. Autistic girls are often misdiagnosed with bipolar, depression, and other "female" coded disorders as most doctors probably see their young female patients in distress as having a mood disorder. High-functioning boys are also good at "masking" - I've definitely met guys who are only slightly socially retarded or have a subtle speech impediment only to find out later that they indeed have autism.
Anyway, my money's on our favorite obese toddler coming back with a new autism diagnosis after a few zoom therapy sessions.
Amber would LOVE to be diagnosed as autistic...anything to make her feel special and unique. I absolutely think she'll make that claim soon and use in her arsenal of excuses for why she treats other people like crap. That's revolting I do not know how that is attractive to Emily Franz or why she would want to be laid on or have sexual relations with the walking puss sore. Also hypothetically I can say I'm going to sue Amber all day long and list reasons that does not mean I will win or actually follow through and considering Amber wouldn't know the truth if it slapped her in the face she's nothing but an empty threat. Amber is truly repugnant . Lumps, bumps, folds, skin tags, discolorations, rashes, bruises ,miles and miles of rippling, dough-like flesh, all add up to create the appearance of some frightening bizarre, non human entity, a horror monster, a thing created for a creepy pasta or The SCP foundation...and that's just visually. Imagine the smell...a combination of old food dropped and lost in hidden, moisture laden crevices, sweat, leaking sores,all on someone that doesn't bathe for weeks or months at a time.
The mere thought is stomach turning and, and on one hand it is hard to understand how anyone can be turned on by that, but then again if years on the internet as taught us one thing, its no matter how vile, or repulsive a person, a thing , or subject is there is someone out there that gets off sexually to it or them. The only somewhat rare thing is that usually its men that are into the truly weird and gross fetishes, so it is a bit surprising that Emily, a female-regardless of how butch she tries to appear-is into something so horrific and foul, but there are always going to be outliers.
Finally, I really feel for that guy who didnt want the morbidly obese woman in his vehicle. I saw that video and the poor dude had a little, old car that sounded like it was on its last legs. Drivers use their own private cars for lyft and uber and he had every right to decide whether he wanted to drive this woman. As I've mentioned before I'm big into consent and the right of people to do as they wish as long as it doesnt harm others. If this woman chooses not to do anything to lose weight, if she chooses to overeat and not exercise and winds up weighing half a ton, I'm not going to say she should be forced to lose weight or eat healthy, but no one is obligated to potentially damage their own property because of the choices she made. And yes, she could have and should have called an XL vehicle for a ride, which costs a few dollars more. She would have got where she was going , been more comfortable and no one would have had a problem with it. That woman sounds selfish and self centered as hell, just like Amber. I hope she doesnt get a penny from the guy or the company he drove for.
