PL , but I take the same dose as AL, and on the same schedule. Psych meds usually get adjusted to what people respond to and people do usually titrate up to higher emgees from lower doses.

I think this may pack a wallop to AL, and I don’t think that her gp really knows what she is doing. I actually will not be suprised when AL complains of being jittery, and dry mouth.

End Power Level.

She's also been on Wellbutrin before despite her claims, apparently according to several people on her YT comments citing an April 2016 video? Not sure if the dosage was the same, if some enterprising Kiwi wants to find that video.

I wholeheartedly agree, but I'm willing to bet you aren't 500 elbees +. It's like other drugs, the heavier you are the more saturation you need for any effect. If you're circulatory system is what I imagine her's to be, it's got a lot of real estate to cover before it gets to her brain. I'll join your PL and admit that I've started a similar drug before at the lowest recommended dosage and moved up as is the norm, but I'm not a land mass and AL isn't a normal patient. I'm fairly certain doctors have charts at their disposal giving recommendations for dosage levels that factor in age and weight at the very least. I used to have a GP who carried around a little book with her with those charts to ensure she was giving the best recommended dosage for whatever she was prescribing. It also included a handy list of possible side effects and interactions. I'm sure that's all offered on their computers now as they prescribe. Now, she could have had a shit doctor. But, it bears reminding everyone that she doesn't REALLY live in bumfuck. She's not that far away from Louisville. It's a more rural part of KY, but it's by no means the sticks. Louisville has an excellent medical school so the doctors in KY aren't that bad.

From the little bit of info we were given, I'm inclined to believe Amber got herself a pretty good, and smart doctor.

When I saw the video I didn't understand why the depression questionnaire was laminated. It took me some time to realize that sheet of paper wasn't meant to be filled in by the patient - it's a guide to be used by the doctor and/or staff.
The good folks at that office figured Amber out quite fast, and knowing she's a control freak, gave the questionnaire to her to fill.

If my assumptions are correct, they took everything Amber said with a grain of salt. They had to listen and give her assurance, not only to make her open up, but in hopes she'll stick with the treatment (whatever that might be. No, I do not believe Amber will stick to it, but the doctor had to try something).

The medication was likely prescribed to curb her appetite more than anything else.

This is the video, but I don't know how to get it to here.

I figure she probably did tell the doctor Wellbutrin worked well for her before so that might of factored in the doctor being comfortable prescribing it to her. I'm confused (although I know I shouldn't be) why AL is acting like this is her first time on the antidepressant. She already knows how it effects her or atleast has a good idea of what to expect. Yet she is looking up bad reviews so she has side effects to say why she needs to stop... I know it's for views...and she still even has the old video up I guess figuring people forgot about it or won't see it..

Lexi seems awesome tho because she dropped all of her excuses and did the work that needed to be done. Our gurl follows her on instagram and probably sees her as an inspiration and something she will never be. And that's most likely the reality, I will eat ambers dirty underwear if she ever joins a zumba class, actually goes there and the gym and drops 300lbs in 2 years.

she is probably saying it to get symphaty from her new subs, let's face it, they are probably not gonna watch all her videos and will only watch recent videos, none of them know how much she loves to manipulate the truth and they are gonna believe whatever she says

Thing is, Amber quits so fast and so often that even newer subs will catch on. It's a very interesting cycle:
- Amber starts a new journey and uses the right tags to get an audience,
- person subs because they relate to whatever Amber is going through at that moment. They were seeking someone with whom they can share experiences, someone who'll be going through the same things around the same time,
- person begins to make progress while Amber remains in the same place, spinning around and blaming everything and everyone around her,
- person still tries to cheer and motivate Amber, but to their dismay, they she her lie. Questions are asked and go mostly unanswered,
- person becomes less supportive and begins to pay attention to the "little white lies" being told. Their tolerance for BS goes down,
- person gets feed up and either moves on or becomes a hardur. For most people the few weeks of videos they watched is enough to show the real Amber. Only if person becomes a hardur, will they check Amber's archives. Sub/views lost.
- Start again from the top.

That's so inspiring! Good for her, wish Hamberlynn would take tips from this lady and focus on her actual weight loss journey.
In 2 years instead of losing weight, she's tried dieting on and off without success and has gained a significant amount back....

AL being healthy, protein bars to go with her pills. I mean if only she sat down made an actual breakfast, she would feel fuller on less. Bars are for people who are actually active and on the go to work or school or workout.
She could have made whole meal toast with some vegetables or whatever.

I feel bad for the choker, just barely fits.
And poor twinky being overweight that’s honestly animal neglect and poor nutrition.
And Christ Becky has gotten bigger as well,’I just want them all to be happy and successful. Why do they do this to themselves. *sigh*

If there's anything, it'll be unimportant stuff, only partial info or toned down. But I'd be willing to bet she gets the results tomoz, and after that the mooted broadcast will go the same way as her weigh-ins. Crickets, crickets everywhere.

@PiggyPie Agreed on the beetus. I almost hope she does have it, because it might be the only thing serious enough to make her take notice. Tfw when you are wishing beetus on someone because the alternatives are worse :-(

Many offices actually use laminated sheets that are filled out frequently by patients so they don't have to waste printing off a lot of paper, my dentists office does it lol, it was weird to me the first time I went in.

What I'm worried about is that her lab work might actually come clean. I know that sounds fucked up, but bear with me. A lot of younger (which I'd still put her on the cusp of) super morbidly obese people actually have fairly normal blood work because their body is still able to stave off a lot of the effects that would show that way. It's not that it won't happen - Father Beetus always takes his - it's just that it hasn't happened yet, but it definitely will soon.

I'm worried that might still be the case for AL, and that what small shred of self-awareness she has about her size and health will fly out the window. I'd imagine that conversation going something like this:

"Ms. Reid, your lab results are all normal, but - "
"THANKS GORL OMG I WAS SO DISCOMFORTED"
"Yes, but - "
"CANCEL MY APPOINTMENTS"
"Ms. Reid, we need to - "
sounds of the vegetable drawer being dumped in the trash "CANCEL THEM BOLTH"
"You're still at risk of - "
car door slamming "SIRI, GORL, GET ME DIRECTIONS TO TEXAS ROADHOUSE"

Even if the lab work isn't normal, there's a HUGE chance she'll straight up lie anyway.
