Haven't checked her out in forever. Just took a look at her most recent video, where she ate shrimps, broccoli and rice. Looked healthy and tasty. And then she talked about days, where she counts calories. While still looking the way she looks. I really wish overly obese people would read more into how to body stores energy and what the best ways are to lose fat.
Counting calories doesn't do jack shit, when you weigh 3 times more than you actually should. Do you know what happens, when your body consumes too much unhealthy food? Even her latest meal, which I called healthy, is unhealthy for her due to the rice. Rice = carbohydrates. Your body converts the carbohydrates into sugar glucose. The glucose enters your bloodstream, where it's used for energy. Excess glucose (energy) gets converted into glycogen, which gets stored in your muscle and liver, as a a fallback energy resource. Muscle and liver can only store so much energy, so the remaining energy gets stored as fat. When you then use your energy, you first use the energy from your bloodstream. Then from your muscle and liver. And once these energy sources are depleted, only then does your body tap into your fat cells to get all that sweet sweet fat energy.
But here is the problem: When you are constantly eating on a regular basis and eat your rice carbohydrates on your healthy days and your ice cream carbohydrates on your cheat days, you continue to replenish your energy storage in your bloodstream / liver / muscle. You NEVER get to tap into your fat reserves, so you continue to be
a fatty boom boom.
BOOGIE2988, I KNOW YOU'RE READING THIS FOR SOME WEIRD ASS REASON, YOU FAT IDIOT:
If you want to lose weight, STOP FUCKING EATING! You could go for at least 2 months without eating anything. Just water and electrolytes and you'll get ripped and shredded, what's up? And if you can't go a single day without eating, then switch over to a ketogenic diet, where you only consume fat and protein. That way your body gets rid of all the energy in your blood, liver and muscle and you start to only use your fat for energy.
