It was mostly because of her weight. You can actually have a vertical incision for a cesarean as well. I’ve only ever seen it done on pregnant deathfats. It provides quick access to the pelvis so it can also be used for emergencies on women who aren’t fat. It can also cause less bleeding.

Overall, the vertical cut was better for Amber (probably) because of how dangerous it is for someone her size to be under anesthesia for surgery, and it’s less likely to get infected post-op. Did you really think it was? I remember it was a common complaint around here that Amber had somehow found a way to make having cancer boring.

Upon further inspection of the surgery picture, I can honestly say that I do not believe it is Amber.

I do think she would get a picture and claim it's her, just to make people talk about it.

I think she had cancer and had surgery. I also think she's a shitty person who would put a lie in a factual narrative so that when anyone expresses doubt she can once again cry on camera because no one believes her.
