Remember this ham beast claims to not need a dietitian because she knows what to eat.

I rounded that plate up to 1300 calories, btw. That's the amount that I eat a day on average.

Holy carbs! If this was a plate of a grilled chicken breast, vegetables, and brown rice that somehow totaled 1300 calories that'd still be better for her. She's gotten to that point a lot of Americans get to where she can't eat anything other than some wheat product, cheese, and a token "vegetable" like tomato sauce. And you know she washed that all down with a 2liter of diet pepsi because diet means it's totally healthy guuurl. At this point, she really can't use foster care or her bad past as an excuse. There's literally scores of healthy eating and meal planning blogs out there. She seems to spend most of her time on the internet so it really wouldn't be difficult to research how to eat better. At this point it's pure laziness and unwillingness to change.

How bad is her past, exactly? I remember from the early pages of the thread she was in foster care and isn't really in touch with her foster family or bio family, but has she ever said precisely what made her childhood so shit?

Her parents were drug addicts and in and out of jail. She and her brothers were removed from the home, and she grew up in various foster homes. She at first was moved with one of her brothers, while the others (two others I think) were adopted out and she never saw them again. She displays a lot of the symptoms of long-term foster care. Her clingyness to the "next girl" and complete lack of shame over burdening others (i.e., her GFs' parents) are classic.

That is not an easy early life. She needs therapy.

Yea that's pretty bad. Also reminds me a bit of Nicole from a recent (I think) 600LB Life.

I wonder if she ever tried to find her brothers. Depending on how much information she has she could possibly find them with some digging. I assume that private detectives or other people who find people for a living are pricey, but with some budgeting she could possibly hire someone. I think she's too far gone now barring some intense, focused therapy and a deep desire to change but maybe if she managed to reconnect with them earlier in life she may have turned out a bit better. I wouldn't be surprised if she has some bitterness or just anger at her brothers being adopted while she bounced around.

I wonder how her siblings turned out.

I just saw this video where someone photoshops Eugina Cooney to look healthy, could someone who can photoshop PLLLZZZ photoshop Amberlynn to look thin??!! Dying to see what she would look like, and who knows, she might even get inspired.
