Some of the best writers out there have said their shit stinks without editors and continuous revisiting. I once heard a quote something like the second worst job on earth is writer, with the first being editor. That said, I think the most talented editor on earth would have his work cut out for him trying to make Al's garbage readable because it's just nonsense. Everyone knows what she meant when she said monster truck in the nightlife but what it sounds like to the averge Joe is a monster truck who's looking to party, which would be fucking hilarious if she didn't mean it to sound deep and poetic. I have an unpopular opinion that even bad writers can be good writers if they figure out how to make their content work for an audience. AL would have to be writing stuff in the vein of Naked Lunch, but she'd also have to accept her writing thus far is not very good and use that to her advantage. She might be able to write some funny shit.

Obviously, the main character Scottie is AL. Grocery shopping is her favorite thing ever, and she gets very upset if she isn't the center of attention:

Scottie has a crush on an obese girl called Stephanie (i.e AL) with "the most beautiful green eyes I have ever seen" with "long hair flowing perfectly but yet I hear an oink noise coming from a distance directed towards such a sweet, gorgeous girl." This is really creepy because Scottie ends up having a sex dream about Stephanie, so she wrote about having sex with herself?!

Tortilla chip cookin' and double meals have always been her thang. (Premise: her parents tell her to order Chinese for dinner)
"I ended up making a turkey sandwich with tortilla chips inside. So yummy. I decided I'll order Chinese food later when Samantha gets home"

Her best friend's boyfriend is seems to be a shitty person but turns out, he just had shitty parents just like our big AL:

I know this is late, but I can't help it. I didn't recognize the actor they were with until someone mentioned all these rednecks loving Norman Reedus, which cracks me up. They must think he's the attainable redneck hunk, boy in the trailer next door type, but in reality he's a painter and former high fashion print model who used to bang (and has a kid with) Helena Christiansen (a former super model). He's the anthesis of his white trash character on TWD so I wonder what kind of special hell it for him to do con meet and greets and photos with the all the obese redneck women that lust for him.
