Yep, exactly. It's a very powerful manipulation technique because its inconsistent. Waiting for the geyser to blow is no way to live yet you can't address it because the one with the power can always point to similar occasions where they didn't behave like an arsehole, turning it back on the other. You have to live expecting arsehole.
The worst thing is that her gfs are sweet. Not intellectual powerhouses or beauties, but nice people. And they're the most vulnerable because, deep down, we assume people largely think and feel as we do. All of them - Casey, Krystal, Destiny, Dana, Becky, Rafe and the queens seem relatively uncomplicated and chill, tolerant people. I'm not saying we'd all be best friends but there is something likeable in all of them. But the best I can ever muster for AL is feeling sorry for her, because her actions don't match her words - it's easy to tell everyone how kind and wonderful you are, and even to make big gestures. But it's the little, everyday things that matter and those she just doesn't do.
