My God, you're right. Of course, I've always believed she's firmly stuck in this form of arrested development that froze somewhere around 11 or 12. She must be an absolute nightmare to deal with irl.

The difference is with your pupils, if you walk away they can catch up. If you walk away from Hamber, she has a heart attack walking across the length of a trailer.

When Amber goes quiet, its because she has something to hide, and usually its a binge.

We see like, what, 2 or 3 weeks of very slight improval, she sheds maybe a few pounds over her usual excess shit and water weight and everyone gets all optimistic. But really ask yourself "has anything significant changed?" if the answer to that question is no, then it's all just part of the cycle.

Amber talked some big game, but I think that's all it is. Because nothing has changed. She still wants, no, CRAVES fast food. You can tell she looks for any and every excuse to go out to eat, or to make disgusting sodium laced slop. She still doesn't know what a normal human portion of food looks like, she barely moves, and she has no hobbies or interests outside of food and spending money to give life meaning. None of the underlying issues are getting addressed and while everyone likes to taste the optimism rainbow, you can see the failure coming from orbit.

She probably already flipped and ate all the weight back with interest.

Amber is capable of putting in initial effort if she really wants to do it, which seems to have been the case with this recent situation, which was very likely fueled by all the subscriptions she lost at the beginning of the month.

There was never any real chance of her sticking with this, though. Amber is incapable of sticking to anything long term.
