No doctor will say that she was too young for gallstones if you are morbidly obese. She probably went to an emergency department and sent home after the attack passed. Unless there is reason for prescribing a test, no doctor in emergency would do one only at the request of a patient. Would you imagine her going to the ER stating that she has a twitching eye and request an MRI? It is not going to happen.

There's an old video of her and Krystle going to the emergency room and Amber smugly whispering to the camera that she's not leaving until someone listens to her because she knows she has gallstones. She basically nagged them until they gave her a "diagnosis" which was probably something along the lines of "you seem to have symptoms of gallstones but you need to follow up with your primary care doctor," just like any emergency visit would be for any condition. To Amber this was a real diagnosis she can call upon for the rest of her life. Collect em like Pokemon cards and whip em out when she needs someone to feel bad for her.
