I think trying to figure out what causes it is probably impossible. It just seems to happen. And nobody wants to talk about it for reasons mentioned. Don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating for child sex laws being allowed, I've seen kids firsthand be effected by grooming via family friend's families. and how harmful it can be Obviously being attracted to prepubescents children is not excusable, but it's a real fucking problem in our society that is both widespread yet never ever discussed. Many people have pedophilic tendencies and it's severely underreported for obvious reasons. For them it seems their attraction to prepubscents is an extension of their regular heterosexuality/homosexuality, as in it's something they have innately. In short you can be born a pedo, what do we do with these people? Patrol for thought crime and being born? Honestly, possibly in that scenario, but I think below probably the best course.

I think the best course of action for these type of people is to just keep it to themselves entirely, no branding like Virtuous Pedophiles or whatever bullshit like that. The issue with Virtuousfolk is they give themselves that label. They want everyone to trust that, and that's a really, really risky road.
