  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Saw a few other people on Twitter talking about being banned.

Yes. It's Torba's master plan to ban you to keep you from witnessing what millions upon millions of other people can. He's banking on the fact that you won't sock; honor system. You caught him.

It is a company that helps creating apps by hosting parts of the app on their server. (Or something like that)

And there's the contracts again. Just absolute incompetence to agree to a "terms of service" (if it could even be called that) that literally says they can screw you over for any reason, any time.

The site is very slow and I get a lot of errors when viewing peoples' profiles. I hope that gets fixed because it's almost unusable when it gets bad.

>Have a platform for every alt-right mouth piece to come post whatever they want with zero worry of consequences
>host your platform on normal business servers and use normal business method of receiving payment
>media gets hold of this "safe space for morons"
>get butt blasted when normal business want nothing to do with you.

It doesnt take rocket science to know this was bound to fall apart. Dude better get ready to start his own alt-right payment service and alt-right server hosting.

See, but the thing is, if you are farming the lulz, none of that matters. You just have to sometimes create a new account. LULZ DON'T KILL PEOPLE, THE FBI KILLS PEOPLE.

As somebody that has met him IRL, he is actually dumber than you think. It'll fizzle and he will blow his winnings on lolis.

You fucking lazy lazy faggots. You should code with torba...apparently, the peace dove still does not help admin and code errors:

So unless im mistaken (and thats a very real possibility cause im not all up on legal lingo) Josh Shapiro, AG of Pennsylvania, has issued a Subpoena to Epik (Gabs new hosting provider) for "Any and all documents which are related to in any way to Gab"

He's back trying to get Trump to notice him again, which I'm sure the leader of the free world has plenty of time and political capitol to burn needlessly associating himself with a radioactive website and Low-IQ man-baby.

Yes he did.

Though he may not have handed over the info to the state/city bureaus since the investigation was taken up by the FBI.

That wouldnt explain in the slightest why the DA and state AG are going after their new domain host however.
It is kinda weird. But remember that Gab has hosted a lot of unsavory elements as well, not just free speech advocates.

The level of idiocy on that site is absolutely mind-bending. Just about everyone one comes across like a potential domestic terrorist or psych patient. Don't even get me started on the Qanon conspiracy freaks.

I got the court docs uploaded, there wasnt really any content to Torbas tweets on the matter. Ill post screencaps next time.

Yes but i refuse to believe that a state AG and a DA didnt know that CDA 230 protects Gab from liability for what people post there.

Protection from liability on user-submitted content is tied to cooperation with LEOs as far as I know. @AnOminous would probably be more informative on this matter though.

The CDA generally protects against civil liability, not federal criminal liability, and the extent of any exemption for state criminal liability isn't fully known.
