That's one hella broad fishing expedition. I wonder whether Epik will just roll over.
 
Feels like a fishing expedition to me, but i don't get the grounds on which a PA DA is subpoenaing information about Gab from Epik, given that Epik wasn't their domain registrar at the time of the shooting, maybe there's something i'm missing though, I haven't really been following that mess

I find their jurisdiction questionable at best. They should probably consult counsel, but it may be that they can simply tell them to fuck off without a local court order.

Looks like we're heading into Alex Jones 2.0 (or Andrew Anglin 3.0, if you're so inclined): now with more lawfare by state officials because he's harder to deplatform than those previous two guys.

How do you pay for it when all of the processors won't accept them, you ask? Allegedly, through the mail.

I like how Andy's solution to Gabs well documented association with neo-nazis that caused massive PR issues and forced them to fund their site exclusively through snail-mail is to just press the ignore button on his own site, rather than just ban them like he said he was going to dozens of times.
