How will Eren be stopped?

for every good point he makes, he has to detract ten, and feature a tranny and devolve into other leftist bullshit because apparently, we can't have a video making fun of Anime!Elliot Rodger without doing that.
It's mostly lefties who hate Eren so that's to be expected. There is (or was) a pretty clear political divide on who supported The Rumbling initially and who didn't. By the end nobody liked Eren anymore, but still.

I'll genuinely take "The ending is actually genious" people if this is the alternative.
I haven't seen anyone who likes the ending. I'm not sure I'd want to meet someone who does lol

The only alternatives are full AnR or 80%, and I doubt they'll go full AnR.
Dumb question but what's AnR?

If you visit the official SnK subreddit, they're in pure cope mode about the ending being genious. They are genuinely more delusional than trannies in their defence of it.

Akatsuki No Requiem.

It was originally a highly stylized (using stop motion, collage art, etc) slightly vague music video by Linked horizon depicting a post rumbling world decades in the future after eren won and started a new family with paradis being safe but at the cost of his friends dying, leaving him to wonder if he did the right thing and if things could have gone differently with the ultimate conclusion being that what's done is done, wallowing in the past constantly trying to get revenge over and over is pointless and the only thing you can do after everything is said and done is stop wallowing in self pitty and instead build a better future with what you have.

The video is quite vague and you can draw your own conclusions from the lyrics and visuals but that's the gist of it.

A lot of people really quite like the video and now generally speaking people use its abrevion "AnR" as a reference to the alternative ending to attack on titan depicted in it.

tl;dr

AnR ending: Eren wins, paradis is safe but his friends die in the process, the world (and eren) moves on.

To help you a bit, a common interpretation is that the little furball is young eren watching old post rumbling eren (the bird) through the coordinate, getting angry at the cruelty and then forgiving himself and moving on.

Here we go again.

So I guess the "super final season 4.7 part 9001 hd remix & knuckles featuring dante from devil may cry" naming convention will seem even more retarded when they inevitably adapt the new content.

I'm glad though. That ending was so bad he can't possibly fuck it up worse, and might even salvage it to some degree. I think this puts the last nail in the anime only ending theory at any rate.

I am suddenly filled with an immense and unstoppable terror that this is going to end with a young Eren waking up from a "Nightmare."

...then again that might be better than the actual ending.
I'll say this, the first chapter provided a way it could happen. That or some time travel thing about Eren sending memories and premonition to his past self.

I will unironically praise it if it just starts with a recap of the rumbling and Eren cucking himself and doing the clue thing of.

"That's ONE way it could have happened"

and just having Eren decide to undo the entire plot by going back in time and telling Ymir to close the Pig Pen.

I'm legitimately excited for this. I want to see what new and inventive form of absolute stupidity Isayama can conjure up from the ether. I see a lot of potential for Attack on Titan as a "so bad it's good" kind of franchise.
That, and despite everything else I do still enjoy the visuals. Isayama is pretty decent at using the uncanny valley effect to sell the threat of a giant monster.

Yes, this is real. Yes, the timing is absolutely perfect/terrible. Yes, I did lose even more braincells upon hearing about this, and checking it to see if it was true.

No, I don't think they'll actually ask him questions about genocide because they're pussies, and maybe also because of what's happening in Israel right now, but I doubt it, but god, I hope they do. (archive) (archive)

Can we just go back to 2009-2014? Please?

Now I've got some questions about this TV interview with a fictional manbun-wearing genocidal incel...

Mainly, I'm wondering what were the NHK TV executives smoking when they came up with this idea and can I have some of it?
